Our sales and services are highly diversified and to track the customers from whole world we need a cloud based CRM solution as we face problems such as user tracking, losing customers due to delayed communication, and much more. Other thing is we have more number of leads generated from marketing campaigns and want to capture each and every lead from the source itself.

We are a financial services and solutions provider. The strength of the company is 500 employees and we rely on core sales processes. Most of our clients are HNI clients and small investors. The problems we face right now are clear communication between a sales representative and clients. This affects our business and we are looking forward for a better CRM solution which can automate our sales processes and marketing activities. This system can also be capable of providing alerts and notifications for client visits and when to call a client. As we are in services industry, customer support is our high priority and we should be able to solve client queries in an effective and efficient way.
