We need to have a CRM software which can integrate our existing systems and can align our sales activities and processes through automation. We are a financial services and solutions provider. The strength of the company is 500 employees and we rely on core sales processes. Most of our clients are HNI clients and small investors. The problems we face right now are clear communication between a sales representative and clients. This affects our business and we are looking forward for a better CRM solution which can automate our sales processes and marketing activities. This system can also be capable of providing alerts and notifications for client visits and when to call a client. As we are in services industry, customer support is our high priority and we should be able to solve client queries in an effective and efficient way.
