'Review #1 I've been using the Divvy Expense Management Software offerings for my team for over two years now, and can happily report that it has had a fantastic effect on our operations. Managing expenses has never been easier thanks to Divvy. The software allows us to keep track of all expense-related matters, including reimbursements. Considering that many people on my team are senior citizens, the ease of use makes this task quite simple for all involved. 'Review 1 I have been using Divvy's Expense Management Software for some time now and I can confidently say that it has been more than satisfactory. Right from the process of getting started with the software to filing expenses, it has been a breeze. The user-friendly navigation and positive user experience allows me to quickly and effortlessly take care of my expense management needs. The various features that the software offers helps me to cost-effectively manage the company's finances. The software allows me to check who is submitting what and manage employee card transactions easily. It also lets me match up receipts, approve or reject claims and generally keep tabs on expenses. I also appreciate its support for automated reminders as well as batch payment processes. What particularly impresses me is Divvy's Value for Money. 'Divvy’s Expense Management Software Having worked with Divvy’s Expense Management Software for the past couple of months, I must say that it has been a great experience. The product vision is clear and the User Interface is quite easy to navigate, making it simple for our team members to find what they need and complete their tasks without much effort. We have also been able to generate accurate reports on our team’s expenses, which helps us keep a close eye on our team’s financials. The product features are also helpful. We can easily create expense requests, manage cash advances with ease, and upload our receipts quickly. Every employee also has their own dashboard where they can see all payments made on their behalf. The software is also secure and protected with a multi-factor authentication. Furthermore, the software is quite interoperable and integrates with our existing applications. We are able to use geofencing for corporate credit cards and set up custom rules for different types of expenses. Our team members also have access to the Divvy Rewards program, which allows them to earn rewards when they use the software. In conclusion, I would highly recommend Divvy’s Expense Management Software to others. It is a great tool to manage our team’s expenses, with a clear product vision and great features. 'Divvy Expense Management Software Review -3 I'm a small business owner who recently tried out Divvy's Expense Management Software, and I'm pleased to report that my experience so far is highly positive. The software takes some getting used to, which I expected given its high complexity. But once I became familiar with it, I was able to use it to properly manage and record my expenses. The categorization of expenses is also spot on, making it easier for me to generate reports. The customer service side of things could use some improvement. My support queries weren't answered in a timely manner, and subsequent calls resulted in longer hold times. But despite this minor issue, I'm still mostly satisfied with the quality of customer service. In terms of interoperability and integration, Divvy excels. I'm able to quickly sync my different applications and use the same interface to manage all my expenses. This makes it much easier to manage and access company expenses, saving me time and effort in the process. Rating- 4/5 stars.'

I had a few options, but upon testing Divvy's expense management software, I knew that I had found what I was after. I'm incredibly impressed by the software's user interface. I also like the fact that I can customize the reports to get the exact information I need. The customer service side isn't the best, but it gets the job done. 'I've had Divvy's Expense Management Software for 6 months now and I'm definitely not happy with the experience. The cost of ownership is quite high, especially considering that all of their tools are pretty basic; compared to other expense management software, Divvy is like an undeveloped version. With great expense management software, I expect great customer service, but Divvy fails to deliver in this area as well. When I reach out to their customer service representatives, it takes them days or even weeks to respond, and the response I get is often generic and unhelpful. Most of the other software I've used oer more features and tools at a fraction of the price. What's worse, is their customer service is horrible. Their representatives do not bother to provide helpful or meaningful responses, and it takes days or weeks for them to even respond. 'Review 1 I have been a Supplier Partner for Divvy's Expense Management Software for about two years now and I have to say that overall I am disappointed in the experience. Firstly, the ease of use of the software is subpar as it requires you to set up a custom process every time when it could just be a streamlined process every time. There is also no ability to set up recurring invoices and payments which is a huge let down in terms of time efficiency and convenience. On top of that the innovation is stagnant and nothing new is ever brought to the table to make the product better. Overall, I have to give this software a 2 star rating out of 5.'

The product vision is quite comprehensive and the User Interface is easy to understand, allowing our team to find the information they need quickly and efficiently. Despite the intuitive setup, our team is able to generate accurate reports on our team’s expenses, so we have a better view of our team’s financials. The product features are also quite helpful. We are able to create expense requests, manage cash advances on the desktop, and upload our receipts easily. Additionally, the software is quite secure, with a multi-factor authentication in place. Each employee also has their own personal dashboard, where they can see all the payments made on their behalf. The software is also quite interoperable, integrating with our existing applications without any difficulty. We are able to use geofencing for corporate credit cards and set up custom rules for different types of expenses. Our team members also have access to the Divvy Rewards program, which allows them to earn rewards when they use the software. In short, Divvy’s Expense Management Software is quite a useful tool. Firstly, the technology is very outdated and does not even come close to the idea of 'next generation technology' that is promised by Divvy. Secondly, the ease of use is not as good as it could be, as you have to set up a custom process every time which is far less intuitive then some of their competitors. To top it all off they do not take the initiative to innovate the product, keeping it stagnant and less useful than ever. 'Review 2 Unfortunately, my experience with Divvy's expense management software has been far less than I have imagined. The "next generation technology" they promote is nowhere to be seen and the ease of use was way too complicated. To be quite honest, the only thing I found to be innovative was their ability to connect with various supplier accounts. 'I've been using Divvy's Expense Management Software for about 4 months now, and I can confidently say I'm not impressed. Most of my issues stem from poor customer service, which has been abysmal. Their customer service reps don't respond to tickets for days or weeks, and when they do, their responses are generic, non-specific, and unhelpful. I would expect better from this type of service. In addition, the cost of ownership is very expensive in comparison to other expense management software that I've used. 'My experience with Divvy's Expense Management Software has been incredibly disappointing. Despite being incredibly expensive, the software offered by Divvy is surprisingly basic when compared to other services. The features are very limited and the user interface is outdated. Worst of all, their customer service is horrendous. It can take days, weeks, or even months to get a response from the customer service team. When you do, they give you an unhelpful, generic response. Given the high cost coupled with their terrible customer service, I would not recommend Divvy's Expense Management Software. Rating: 0/5. 'We recently implemented Divvy's Expense Management Software for our organization and I'd like to share my thoughts. Cost of ownership proved to be quite reasonable and was suitable for companies of all sizes. The price included training and support which made it easier for us to quickly get started. I'm giving Divvy an 8/10 rating on cost. Divvy also offers great interoperability and integration with our existing payroll and financial software. Setup was seamless and our staff was able to start tracking expenses right away. It also comes with a robust API should we decide to integrate with custom systems. I'm really impressed with Divvy's integrations and score them a 9/10. Divvy's user interface is excellent too as it's intuitive and designed for everyone. The luxe look and feel looks great and can be customized with our own logos and colors. Plus, the UI is kept simple and uncluttered so users can find the features they need quickly. Divvy's user experience gets an 8/10 from me. The reporting and analytics capabilities were excellent. The reports can be easily customized and exported to popular formats, and their analytics capabilities helped surface trends and insights quickly. They have certainly put a lot of effort into getting this part right and for that, I'm giving them a full 10/10 rating. Lastly, customer support was exceptional. Divvy's staff was always there to help us out with any questions or issues we faced and they're committed to continuously improving their product over time. It's reassuring to have such a great customer experience behind us and I rate Divvy a 9/10. To sum it up, Divvy's Expense Management Software is definitely worth a try. We decided to give Divvy’s Expense Management Software a try and so far, we haven’t been disappointed. The product vision of the software is quite clear and the User Interface is quite intuitive, making it easy for our team members to navigate and quickly complete their tasks. With Divvy’s software, tracking expenses is much easier and faster than it used to be and we are able to create expense reports and analyze our team’s overall expenses. The product features are also great. Team members are able to easily manage their cash advances, complete requests quickly, and upload their receipts. They also have access to a personal dashboard, where they can see all the payments made on their behalf. Additionally, we are able to set up custom rules for different types of expenses, making it easier to manage our budgets. I am also pleased to report that Divvy’s software is quite interoperable and integrates easily with existing applications, allowing us to use geofencing for corporate cards and both full and partial refunds. As a bonus, our team members have access to the Divvy Rewards program, which allows them to earn rewards when they use the software. All in all, we are quite satisfied with Divvy’s Expense Management Software.
