This bot service is an easy to use platform with a strong vision and an array of features that make it the perfect customer service solution. When it comes to ease of use, I was pleasantly surprised. The entire customer service platform is designed in such a way that makes it quite intuitive to use. I can also take advantage of various features such as automated responses, customer segmentation and customer journey maps. All of this greatly reduces the time and effort that I spend on interacting with customers. When it comes to cost of ownership, the subscription based model makes it quite affordable. Plus, I dont have to worry about maintaining additional servers or any other related costs. The bot service is also interoperable with a variety of existing customer service solutions so I was able to switch over without much hassle. The companys stability and maturity are also commendable. They go out of their way to ensure customer satisfaction. Theyve also proven to be quite innovative in terms of their product, with such features as intelligent customer routing and omnichannel support. And, their customer support team is always available to help me out with any issues that I may face, although that hasnt happened as of yet. Overall, Im quite happy with 24/7 Customer, Inc.s Bot Services offering and would highly recommend it. Its a great customer service solution that meets all of my customer service needs without breaking the bank.
