“Good Customer Service”
This software is great because it syncs data seamlessly between Hubspot and Zoho. Implementation in Bedrock was easy and they made sure customers understood the system and portal before letting to go on our own. What really stands out is their customer service! Bedrock has been extremely helpful in getting syncs to run properly. Whether you need them to help you create a workflow or need them to double check that mappings are correct, they are quick to respond and quick to solve the problem.
