KRONOS INCORPORATED in Human Capital Management Software

Rating: 3/5 I recently tried out Kronos Incorporateds human capital management offerings and mostly liked the features. Product vision was good but there were certain features which could have been decorated with a bit more finesse. For instance, the hiring workflow process was quite user friendly but I would have preferred a better integrated experience. The GUI of the software looks quite good and navigating through the various options is quite easy and intuitive. The cost of ownership for such a software is quite reasonable as compared to other similar offerings. The software does a lot of heavy lifting in terms of interoperability and integration with third party applications, which makes them future proof. The company is quite stable, having been in business since the early 70s, and has some noteworthy innovations for customer service, supporting futuristic use cases and next-generation technology. Overall, Kronos Incorporateds software provides good value for money and is worth the investment. Rating: 4/5 I recently used the human capital management offerings from Kronos Incorporated and I must say, I was really satisfied with the overall experience it provided. Kronos Incorporated stands out mainly due to its product vision and features, which are very well detailed and insightful. The software also offers a simple and easy to use user interface, which makes it a breeze to use. I also liked their approach to cost of ownership, which is very reasonable and cost-effective. The software integrates with various third party applications quite easily, and works perfectly with them too. Companys stability and maturity can be witnessed through the various offerings they have, regardless of the complexity associated. I also particularly liked their use of next-generation technology, and found their customer service to be very accommodating and helpful. All in all, it is a great piece of software to have and implement for managing Human Capital, and I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a sturdy HCM solution.
