Leightons Onboarding Software Review #2 I recently came across Leightons Onboarding Software and was pretty disappointed. When I tried to onboard a new customer, I found the software clunky and cumbersome. There were a lot of unnecessary steps to the process, which made it take much longer than other solutions I had used before. Additionally, I couldnt get it to integrate with my existing software, making things extra difficult. Overall, I give Leightons Onboarding Software a 2/5.

Review #3 Interoperability and integration Leightons on-boarding software is extremely difficult to integrate with other platforms and systems within my organization. I find myself constantly troubleshooting connection issues, dealing with data transfers that never seem to work properly and dealing with inconsistent performance. Furthermore, the customer service team is quite unhelpful and unable to offer any sort of assistance on this matter despite numerous attempts. The lack of compatibility and ease of integration has made this a frustrating experience and Id rate it a 2 out of 10 for interoperability and integration.

I have been using Leightons onboarding software for a few months now, and overall it has been quite satisfactory. The software is quite user friendly and intuitive, and I have had no problems figuring it out. I especially like that the customer service is always helpful and responds quickly. They care about customer feedback and have implemented improvements as Ive made suggestions. However, I find that when using the onboarding software to simulate future scenarios, its a bit complex. It is difficult to predict customer behaviour accurately, and I wonder if this might be improved in the future. When it comes to the ease of use, Leightons Onboarding Software is definitely up there. The user interface is straightforward and intuitive. Users dont have to have any prior knowledge or training to be able to use this software easily. The set up process is also quite simple and takes very little time. This is really helpful for small startups that dont have much time to spend on training users. That being said, I did experience a few quirks here and there. For example, I felt that the dashboard could be a bit more detailed and organized. I also noticed some speed issues, especially when dealing with large amounts of data. I rate this feature 8/10.

Review #1 I recently had the chance to use Leightons Onboarding Software offerings and I found them to be quite good. The software offers some really futuristic use cases, such as predictive HR functions, employee monitoring, automated onboarding, and more. This allows organizations to quickly and efficiently scale their operations without having to go through cumbersome paperwork. Regarding the ease of use, I found the tool to be quite user friendly. After a few minutes of getting familiar with the interface, I was able to easily create a basic employee profile and onboard them onto the system. Additionally, the helpful tutorials and user videos made it much easier to implement more advanced features. Overall, I was quite impressed with Leightons Onboarding Software offerings. Review 1: I recently purchased Leightons Onboarding Software and am quite satisfied with the product. Previous to this acquisition, I had multiple onboarding tasks in different systems. The software was easy to integrate into my existing systems, saving me hours of tedious manual data entry. The intuitive ease of use of the product was also a great benefit and I picked up the necessary skills quickly during the tutorials offered by Leighton. I appreciate how the software comes with an extensive library of employee documents and templates which can be used to seamlessly scale my onboarding process. In terms of value for money, the cost of ownership was definitely worth it given the features this software offers. I am now able to keep track of new hire documentation, create onboarding programs, and streamline processes which saves me both time and cost in the long run. To sum it up, I would rate Leightons Onboarding Software a 5/5! Its easy to use, comes with a great library of templates, and is cost effective.

Review #5 Interoperability and integration Ive had a terrible experience trying to integrate Leightons on-boarding software with other systems within my organization. The process was extremely difficult and time-consuming. After spending several hours trying to connect the two programs, I still could not get them to work properly together. The lack of compatibility, when compared to other on-boarding software in the market, was staggering. I would rate interoperability and integration a 1 out of 10.

Review 4 - I recently gave Leightons onboarding software a test run and it did not measure up to expectations. The software is expensive compared to its competitors and charges an additional fee for features which is not ideal. The setup was far too complex and difficult, and navigation was quite cumbersome due to the clunky user interface. On top of that, I experienced a number of errors and bugs while testing. All in all, this software is not something I recommend due to the poor value for money and ease of use. I rate it 1/10 for value for money and 2/10 for ease of use.

Review #1 Interoperability and integration Ive had some difficulty getting Leightons on-boarding software to integrate properly with some of my other systems, which has caused a lot of issues for us. Weve tried to troubleshoot the issues but cant seem to get it to work. Its become very frustrating as weve had to go back to more manual processes and other things that obviously cost us time and money. Its definitely not something Id recommend as the interoperability and integration capabilities are not up to par with other on-boarding software. Using Leightons onboarding software has been quite pleasant. I have so far been quite satisfied with the services this software provides. The customer service is quite helpful and I always receive a response soon. Plus, they take into account customer feedback and have implemented improvements that I have suggested. The software is also quite user friendly and easy to use, although sometimes it can be a bit complex when simulating futuristic scenarios. It can be challenging to accurately predict customer behaviour, and at times the customer service team might not understand the nuances of the product. I also encountered some small glitches when using the software that werent quite fixed with the customer service teams help. Overall, Leightons onboarding software has been satisfying and I would recommend it to others. While it could use some improvements, it gets the job done. Rating: 3/5

Leightons onboarding software has been a huge help for our companys customer service and simulating futuristic use cases. I have used it multiple times and have so far been satisfied with the services. The customer service is incredibly helpful, as I always receive a response in a timely manner even when there might be a small issue. The customer service also takes customer feedback seriously and have made improvements based on that feedback. The onboarding software is also quite user friendly and intuitive. It is easy to get the hang of and allows us to move quickly and easily. In addition, when using the software, we can simulate future scenarios that are more complex.
