I came across Imgur’s photo management software only recently, although its sleek user interface makes it feel like it’s been around for much longer. I’m impressed at the level of innovation and next-generation technology they have implemented in their software. The automated backup solution and cloud storage options have made it much easier for me to store, manage and protect my photos.
The customer service has been excellent as well. They are available around the clock to answer any of my questions and provide solutions to any issues I might have. They are very knowledgeable and explain things very clearly.
Having said that, I do have a few critiques. First is the cost; even though many of their features are free, the paid ones can become quite expensive. I also wish they offered more editing tools, as the existing ones are quite basic.
Despite this, I am quite pleased with Imgur’s photo management software and highly recommend it. The innovation and next-generation technology combined with excellent customer service make it worth investing in.

I like the software’s product vision and the many features it offers for flexible and comprehensive photo management. The software also allows for integration with other systems which makes collaboration straightforward.
My biggest complaint is related to the integration and interoperability of the software with other systems. In particular, the lag experienced when transferring files between systems is quite annoying and compromises my ability to organize and manage photos quickly. I’ve also encountered difficulties while attempting to integrate Dropbox into my workflow.

Where it starts to become less impressive is in the integration and interoperability between systems. In particular, I’ve noticed quite a bit of lag when attempting to transfer files between systems. This slows down the process of organizing and managing photos significantly. I’ve also run into difficulty when trying to integrate certain applications like Dropbox into my workflow.
If these issues were addressed, I would be able to raise my rating to 4 out of 5. As it stands right now, I’m hesitant to give it more than 3.'

The cost of ownership is too high for us, especially for the quality of service it offers. On top of that, there is not enough customization available to make the software work for us. We had to compromise on even basic settings and features. The customer service is also lacking in terms of responsiveness and clarity. Furthermore, the overall performance of the software isn't up to the mark. At the end of the day, Imgur Photo Management Software didn't offer us value for our investment and I would give it a rating of 2/10.
