Summary

Following key features are offered-

  • Dashboard: The dashboard facilitates a holistic read of the whole information by listing current and historical statistics of many key follow performance indicators. The information is provided in an exceedingly easy tabular and/or graphical read for fast performance analysis of the whole follow.
  • E/M Coding: Practice EHR software provides a constitutional tool to help the user with crucial and the foremost appropriate analysis and Management (E&M) CPT code for a given patient encounter. This maximizes the application of revenues by permitting the users to charge the highest allowable fee by the non-depository financial institution for the care that they just offer to their patients.

“Practice director”

I do enjoy that it links the ehr with sales. Managing inventory in Practice Director is very hard. Trying to keep track of when you reordered a product and not having the ability to put in a purchase order is very difficult.

“Hidden Fees for Maintenance, Spotty Customer Service”

Competitive initial fee compared to others at the time. They charge almost 3k/year for software maintenance or charge around $100/hour for even a phone call asking a question. Employees are unhelpful and incompetent. The system in our office was down, and remained unsolved for a couple of days b/c the support system did not know how to fix the issue. Many times if there is a software update, all the programs will shut down in our office. We call to fix the issue, and they charge us an exorbitant fee for fixing the problem.
