'I recently implemented Process Street’s Knowledge Management Software in my organization and couldn’t be happier. We needed something as organized and easy to use as this to make the transition into better knowledge sharing/management. In terms of customer service, Process Street has been top notch – quick responses to inquiries or technical difficulties, and valuable and helpful advice. They have always been a step ahead, anticipating our needs and making sure we had everything we needed to make the transition seamless. The cost of ownership is also very competitive. And, for the price, it comes well-equipped with features that make our knowledge management much more successful! In terms of rating, I would give both the customer service and the cost of ownership a 9/10.'

'Process Street Knowledge Management Software Review #4 As an experienced user, I must say that Process Street’s knowledge management software offerings are quite underwhelming. The user interface is outdated and not well executed, which makes it difficult to find what you are looking for. Moreover, the software is very slow and tends to crash often, which can be a hassle for users. Furthermore, it doesn’t quite support large documents and data as well as collaboration between multiple users, which makes it inadequate for large scale projects. Honestly, I would not recommend it to anyone as it is not value for money. Based on my negative sentiment towards this software, I would rate it a 2 out of 10.'

Their product vision and the innovative thinking behind it really impressed me. For instance, they recently released the ‘Multi-Step Assignments’ capability- where users can assign multiple tasks to the same assignee in one click. This helped me efficiently bridge gaps in my customer’s process and save time. The customer service team were quick to response when I had an urgent issue I needed addressing. I found out that there was an issue with a customer’s account and the customer service team was swift in resolving it. Overall, Process Street has a great product vision and they keep pushing the boundaries with their innovative use of next-generation technology. I'd highly recommend them to anyone looking for an innovative and reliable knowledge management software partner!'

'Ease of use: 4.5/5 For a comprehensive software such as Process Street’s Knowledge Management Software, I was worried that it would be a bit complex to use, however I was surprised to learn how user-friendly and intuitive the platform was set up to be. The dashboard allows for easy navigation through the system and users can find the most commonly used system features in a matter of few clicks. The platform allows users to customize their own processes and perform tasks that have been pre-configured by the system, such as creating documents, task tracking, and data searches. Moreover, configuring controls and rules to ensure that users remain compliant is also simplified. I was quite impressed by the range of options available when setting up the platform and at how straightforward the process was. There were some minor hiccups and the UI wasn’t particularly attractive but I was able to use the software without any hassle.'

I must add that we were delighted with the service we got from the support team - true professionals. We have come to recognize the effectiveness of using this Knowledge Management Software for the improvement of our organization’s performance. The software empowered us to focus most of our energy on the actual work instead of dealing with processes and other related tasks. 'I've only been using Process Street's Knowledge Management Software for a few months for my small business and I'm already impressed. The integrations and interoperability features are great for syncing up all our information. It works with most existing system, so I'm not concerned at all about conflicting with our IT infrastructure. Plus, it was super easy to get up and running. The cost of ownership is great and was much cheaper than I expected. We received more bang for our buck than if we had gone with a competing solution. Plus, we were able to purchase additional modules and integrations at a fraction of the cost. The scalability of the system is also fantastic for businesses that are likely to grow. Customer service has been really helpful. One thing I appreciate is that the team is always available for questions and help within a reasonable timeframe. The documentation and tutorials have also proven to be useful in finding answers quickly. Overall, I'm very pleased with Process Street's Knowledge Management Software at the moment. That’s why I recently decided to give Process Street’s Knowledge Management software a try. I’m glad I did. The software was easy to get up and running, and its integration features provide an invaluable scalable enterprise-wide platform for different stakeholders and tailored for different types of knowledge. This makes it easy to share information across the board and ensures knowledge continuity. The software allows us to refine processes and even streamline different documents in an agile manner. To set up the software, I didn't have to hire a consultant or read a huge manual. Everything was so intuitive that I was able to learn it in just a few minutes. I interacted with a few different users on the dashboard, and everything was incredibly simple and straightforward. The menus were easy to navigate and they provided simple explanations of what each element was meant to do. I even worked on a few documents without any problems. 'Process Street's Knowledge Management Software is an great tool we have implemented in our company. The features on the software are catered to meet our needs and make our knowledge management much easier. We had a few road humps along the way while using the software, but I must say that their customer service certainly made the process much smoother. They were very accommodating and responsive to our requests and questions, and their team was more than willing to help us out. In terms of cost of ownership, it was well worth the cost. The features that it provides more than make up for the cost and gets us what we need. I could not rate them higher than a 9/10 for customer service and cost of ownership.'

'Customer service My experience with Procress Street’s knowledge management software has been mainly positive, especially regarding customer service. The personnel I've encountered have been cordial, helpful, and available around the clock. I had some difficulty getting my team onboard with the program and the customer service reps walked me through each step. They rely heavily on videos and tutorials which was great because video instructions for tech-illiterate can be more helpful than merely written instructions. I was especially pleased with the live chat feature. Assistance was always only a few clicks away. I'd give their customer service a 4.5 out of 5 rating.'

'Security and compliance: 5/5 I’ve found that Process Street takes security and compliance very seriously. All the data and information contained in the system is encrypted and stored in the cloud securely. Furthermore, the platform has configurable rules and permissions to restrict the types of data that can be accessed by individuals or groups. I have been using the platform for both public and private data storage, and it offers plenty of options to manage access and roles within the system. Moreover, I rest easy knowing that I comply with numerous compliance standards, such as HIPAA, as Process Street also follows all regulatory requirements of the industry. This was a major factor for me before signing up to use the software, and I was relieved to find that the Knowledge Management Software offers excellent security and compliance control.'

Before getting into the details of my experience, I should first state that I am an experienced Customer Success Leader who has seen and evaluated a variety of different knowledge management solutions. In terms of ease of use, I found Process Street’s software to be quite straightforward and intuitive. The UI was concise and the functionality was self-explanatory– I didn’t need to read up too much on the features before I started. I was up and running quickly and the process felt relatively smooth. However, the cost of ownership for the software is a bit steep for my needs. The basic plan starts at $17/ month and, although there is an open-source version available, it does have limited features. Overall I’d say that the cost outweighed the value, at least for me. The feature set was also generic and mostly oriented towards simple business tasks that have been seen many times before. I also found some of the features to be redundant and unnecessary, which didn’t add to the overall value of the product. Overall, Process Street’s Knowledge Management Software offering scored a 3/5 in this review based on my experience. I’m able to plug in my existing workflow and data storage applications effortlessly and link all the processes in one single platform. The drag and drop feature is especially convenient when setting up the platform. I was also pleased to find that I could link Process Street to my enterprise applications such as SharePoint, G Suite, and Microsoft Azure with ease – all without any additional costs. 'Process Street’s knowledge management software offerings are unique and quite efficient. The platform is well-equipped with tools to manage processes and layout the same in an intuitive way. It allows me to store knowledge and documents we wish to pass on to our teams quite seamlessly. Moreover, I immensely liked the futuristic use cases it provides. It has innovative ways of breaking complex tasks into simpler steps that can be followed with ease. Real-time progress tracking had great value-addition as I can accurately measure the task progress and make any necessary changes to ensure it is as per my expectations. However, I would’ve liked to see some more advanced features within the system. Despite this, I’m overall satisfied with what Process Street provides and I give it 4/5 rating considering the lack of advanced features. Review 3'

However, I did find the feature set to be relatively limited. While it is suitable for small teams, the feature set may be restrictive for medium or large teams that need more features to scale up. Additionally, the feature set is quite basic and may lack features that are needed by some customers. Overall, Process Street’s Knowledge Management Software offering scored a 3/5 in this review based on my experience. Its basic feature set makes it suitable for small teams, but larger teams may not find enough value in it.'

'Having used Process Street's Knowledge Management Software, I must say that I am sorely disappointed with the lack of true interoperability and integration between different applications. This meant that I had to do a lot of manual grunt work which could have been helped by the presence of specific features. Hence, I would rate this feature at a 1 out of 5, as there were not enough features available to make the integration and interoperability easier.'

'As a Director of a multinational company, it's up to me to ensure that our internal workflow is as efficient and streamlined as possible. After implementing their solution, my expectations have been more than exceeded - allowing us to quickly realize major improvements across the board. From the very beginning, it was easy for our team to gain insight into their platform. Its UX/UI is top-notch and the navigation is incredibly intuitive, making finding your way around and setting up projects and tasks an absolute cinch. Plus with the comprehensive configuration options, we were also able to customize our workflow to exactly fit in with our processes. 'My experience with Process Street’s Knowledge Management System has been pretty good so far. Setting up things was quite easy and the system even helps you in laying out the process without any glitches. Its user friendly platform and easy-to-understand features helped me store and distribute our knowledge with much ease. I really liked the futuristic use cases of the platform with the real-time tracking being a great asset. Here, I can easily monitor tasks and ensure that my team members are on right track and nothing is left out. 'Review 2 - Interoperability Process Street’s Knowledge Management Software also offers excellent interoperability – their platform is quite flexible and can easily be integrated with our other existing systems and processes. We have been using their automated rules engine to monitor our data across different systems, and it has worked without any problems so far. We have also enabled the Role-Based Access Control feature to ensure that the right people have access to the right data – something we struggled with in the past. 'Features The features of the program were quite robust. We were able to customize our settings and design workflows specific to our team. We all appreciated the real-time data updates. They have a neat feature that allows users to automate the categorization of articles, and I was especially impressed with their ability to integrate with Zapier and other popular web applications. 'Ever since using Process Street’s Knowledge Management System, I have been quite satisfied with its performance and capabilities. Customizing the platform as per my needs was relatively easy and I could store knowledge according to my specifications. Furthermore, the futuristic use cases of the platform impressed me to a great extent. 'I recently had a chance to see Process Street's Knowledge Management Software offerings up close and personal. Overall, I found the features to be quite disappointing. While the workflow management capabilities are quite satisfactory, the integration with other software was not up to the mark. To make matters worse, there were not any features that helped with true interoperability or integration between applications. I had to manually enter a lot of details which could have been avoided if the integration was more seamless. 'Process Street's Knowledge Management Software is one of the best systems I've used for my small business. I love the interoperability and integrations that come with the software. It easily integrates with our existing accounting and CRM systems to sync up our information, so I don't have to worry too much about conflicting with our IT infrastructure. This makes the setup process smooth and painless. The cost of ownership is really great. We paid less than the competition for more features and functionality. Firstly, it has a tendency to crash often which makes it very unreliable. Moreover, it is quite slow which adds to the problem. The user interface is also quite outdated which makes navigation through the platform a hassle. 'Ease of use The software was easy to use, but I ran into a few bugs when using some of the features. I noticed that they had a regular pattern of communicating updates and changes which was helpful. But when I had difficulty, stepped instructions needed improvement. It was like they assumed all users had a tech background and skipped basic explanation. In terms of ease of use, it's relatively straightforward, but it restricts the amount of customization that can be done. 'Process Street Knowledge Management Software Review #2 I have been quite disappointed with the quality of knowledge management software that Process Street provides. For starters, it is very expensive and does not provide an abundance of features. The user interface is very clunky and outdated which makes it difficult to navigate through the different features. Moreover, the software is rather slow and lags a lot. Furthermore, from a collaboration and documentation standpoint, it is quite inadequate as it does not support collaboration between multiple users and cannot support large files or documents which makes it difficult for bigger teams to get the most out of it. I would not recommend this software to anyone as it is not worth the money. Based on my negative sentiments towards this software, I would rate it a 2 out of 10.'

'I recently had the pleasure of trying out Process Street’s Knowledge Management Software and I must say I'm really impressed with the results. As an Engineering Manager, it was important to me that I find a solution that could easily integrate with existing productivity tools and software, as well as make the entire process easier for my team and I. I liked how easy the software was to use - it didn't take any time at all for my team to get accustomed to the software and begin harnessing the benefits it had to offer. With features such as the drag-and-drop option for customization, it is really easy to create documents and forms without spending too much time. I was especially happy with the level of interoperability and integration offered by the software - it seamlessly works with other applications such as Slack and Zoom for efficient information sharing and storage. Process Street’s Knowledge Management Software offerings was a great find for my team and I. It has saved us both time and effort when completing important tasks and certainly been an invaluable asset for our Engineering team. My team and I highly recommend this software - it gets 4.5 stars out of 5 from me.'

'We’ve been utilizing Process Street’s Knowledge Management Software for quite some time and I’d have to say that we’ve been really happy with our choice. The interface is great and provides a truly unique experience compared to other solutions on the market. What’s more, their next-generation features such as the automated workflow builder and tagging capabilities have proven to be invaluable assets in managing our knowledge database. 'I recently had a chance to take a trial of Process Street’s Knowledge Management Software. This lightweight software provides innovative solutions for businesses to effectively manage their knowledge repositories and I am quite impressed by the level of innovation that Process Street has put into its service. They have developed an easy to use interface which helps the users to store and access all of their corporate knowledge in one place. The platform is also packed with great features such as automated workflows, custom roles, data storage, searchable index of documents, as well as the ability to collaborate and share information. Overall, I'd rate their product innovation and the use of next-generation technology as 5 stars. Through most of my customer interactions, they come across as extremely tech savvy and are always looking for ways to find fresh solutions. Their product vision really amazes me. They easily and continuously adapt to changing customer and industry needs. I've had cases where Process Street tweaked the product for a customer in half the time it would usually take for similar requests. Not to forget their intuitive product features, which make it especially convenient for me to recommend it. Moreover, they have exceptional customer service. When a proposal was stuck in the pipeline because of technical issues, the team was quick to approach and helped resolve the issue. They communicate well and are very approachable, which is a huge plus! To summarize, Process Street's knowledge management software offerings are extremely innovating and their astute use of next-generation technology makes them a very reliable partner for me.'

They are really pushing boundaries, which places them a cut above the competition. Their product vision has really clicked with both me and my customers. It appears they have tailored the product features to meet each customer's individual needs- which my customers have found very convenient. It's enabled them to solve problems easily and quickly! I've also found their customer service very accommodating too. They respond quickly and have been very helpful- especially when I've had time-sensitive requests. To sum up, I have been very impressed with Process Street's knowledge management software offerings. Their use of next-generation technology is on-point, and the product vision they have works extremely well. 'The ability of Process Street’s Knowledge Management Software to integrate with other solutions has been really great for our company too. We’ve managed to move all our business knowledge into the system and have linked up with our other organizational software solutions so that teams have full access to all relevant data in one place. It has been such a relief to not have to use multiple programs to carry out operations and I think this interoperability is why Process Street’s product stands out in its class. Rating - 8/10'

'Review 5 Support Finally, one element I would like to mention is the level of support provided by Process Street’s knowledge management tool. Even when I was confused about some of the features, I was able to find detailed self-help menus and videos that answered my questions clearly. Even the customer support team was available to help and answer questions, and they always responded in a timely manner. I appreciate that the tool also allowed private chats among the team members, so that everyone could stay informed and help each other out. For all the above, I would give this tool an 8/10 for support.'
