However, I have been fortunate enough not to encounter any such issues and have found the team to be both friendly and helpful. Review 1- Customer service: I want to talk about my experience with Kronologics customer service. Overall, I give them a score of 2/5. Unlike other companies that are willing to listen to what their customers have to say, the representatives at Kronologic were more interested in pushing their product and pushing the customers to buy rather than listening to their complaints and resolving them. The reps were more focused on upselling additional services and packages than resolving user queries and complaints. When I asked for a demo of their product, they informed me that it was already included in their regular packages. When I asked for detailed information about the features, the rep was unable to provide me with anything concrete. The worst part was that the customer service rep was very pushy and came off as if I was interrupting them from their break, making me feel quite uncomfortable. Kronologic really needs to work on their customer service if they want to earn more business.

When it comes to customer service, though, I think it has room for improvement. I found that the reps were friendly but their advice often times wasnt spot on and I had to repeat inquiries. For this, Id rate their customer service at a 5 out of 10. But in terms of their technology, Kronologic is really ahead of the curve. Being able to integrate with major platforms and having an app for a great user experience is huge plus. Additionally, their automated notifications ensure customers are kept in the know and the modern design is really aesthetically pleasing. For these great features, Im giving Kronologic an 8.5 out of 10. All in all, I think Kronologics offering is great if youre looking for a system thats easy to use and integrated with other services you already use. My only gripe is with their customer service but it seems to be solvable. Overall, Id give them a 7.5 out of 10.

It lets me create multiple booking pages and it seamlessly integrates with various popular calendars such as G-Suite, Microsoft Outlook 365 and many more. I can embed the booking page on my website and customize it to my preferences and it also automates booking confirmations. Moreover, it also captures all the booking related information efficiently and makes it easily accessible. It has an intuitive dashboard which makes business operations a breeze. However, I feel that the product could improve in some areas such as more customization options, making the UX better, providing more integrations etc. Therefore, I rate the product 4 out of 5 stars.

The customer support team at Kronologic has been extremely slow or does not respond at all. When I do hear back from them after waiting for extended periods of time, the responses dont address my issues nor do they provide any solutions. This discourages me and makes me worry that they dont have an in-depth understanding of the product they offer. Furthermore, the user-interface isnt as smooth as advertised which makes navigating the platform challenging. Some features also dont work as they should since they are often quite slow and unresponsive. I require a feature called group scheduling which Im disappointed to find isnt available on the platform. This makes it hard for me to manage resources and time efficiently. Kronologic might have a good reputation, however, my experience hasnt been great. For that reason I would give a rating of 2/5.

The graphical user interface is easy to follow, and I was able to navigate the different features with ease. I was also able to customize the layout of the user interface to create the preferences I needed. On top of that, the help and support centre was loaded with content, and the guided walkthroughs made implementation even easier. It has also allowed us to maintain an organized and efficient flow of communication with our clients. Theres even a ‘calendar sync feature which allows you to sync your calendar with Google and Outlook, meaning you can access the software from any device.
