'As the R&D head of my Company, I recently had the opportunity to try out Eden's Visitor Management Software. After going through their product, I am quite pleased with what the company has to offer. Eden has a futuristic product vision derived from their use of modern, next-generation technology. From automated visitor log-in with facial recognition to the mobile-first check-in experience, customizable digital waivers, and automated email/SMS notifications – Eden has put together a complete package that ensures convenience and security when it comes to managing visitors in my facility. I am also impressed with the integration of existing technologies such as HR systems, employee directories, and messaging solutions. On one hand, the user interface was very intuitive and users can easily find their way around the software. However, I found the product features not as robust or comprehensive as I hoped. Though there were a great selection of tools, they weren’t quite enough for our specific needs. Moreover, the product vision seemed to be lacking in some areas, and I was disappointed by this. However, when I tried to implement it, their onboarding process was overly complicated and took ages to finish when I should have been running. This means I may end up having to implement a lot of extra code to make it do what I want it to do.'

I have recently been using EDENs Visitor Management Software to handle visitor activity better. I find it far easier than manually doing everything, and it automates the entire process. In addition to this, being able to manage access to certain areas through authentication is a great feature. Beyond the technical side of things, the customer service has been satisfactory experience but, it can be improved. It would be great if they are able to provide more real-time assistance to sort out queries. Despite this, I have been happy with the features and value for money, which makes me give a 4/5 for the overall service.

In terms of reporting, Eden provided us with great visibility into our visitor activities both employee and general. We can generate detailed analytics reports and also customize our reports as needed. This was a major plus for us, as it allowed us to quickly and easily address any security threats or issues. The product vision of Eden is also noteworthy as it is incredibly futuristic. The features such as biometric access control, mobile reception, and many other features that make the visitor experience seamless and enjoyable. Plus, the integration with our existing security systems was a breeze. The product features are also top-notch. Slack integration allows for automatic notifications and automated emails for access, and the products customization options make it easier for us to provide a personalized experience to each visitor. The user-friendly UI is also a nice touch. Given everything I have encountered with Eden, I think it is safe to say that it is an excellent Visitor Management Software. It handles our needs for security, tracking and reporting, and the integration with our existing security systems was seamless. I am even willing to give it 4.5 out of 5 stars rating. The system is very easy to use and it is highly customizable. I am able to create my own dashboard to quickly view the list of visitors and access the necessary information. Whats more, I am very appreciative of the facial recognition and barcode scanning abilities that come with the system to ensure a secure check-in process. 'Review 5: I recently started using Eden’s Visitor Management Software for our company and have mainly been pleased. It's comprehensive and includes a range of features with the ability to handle visitor data, tracking and reporting. Their customer service is also quite good; they were able to answer all my questions and guided me through the setup process. However, I must admit that I wasn't overly pleased with their futuristic use cases, such as their facial recognition and biometric technology. It wasn't incredibly user-friendly and I had to go through a training course before I was able to effectively use it. As such, I give them 3 stars out of 5, primarily due to their supporting futuristic use cases.'

It is cutting edge and allows organizations to develop advanced visitor strategies that would otherwise be impossible to implement. 'I am part of the R&D team for my company, and I recently had the opportunity to test out Eden’s Visitor Management Software offering. After taking time to fully evaluate their product, I am certainly impressed. Frankly, their product vision is unparalleled in the market and their use of next-generation technology is highly sophisticated. Their automated visitor log-in with facial recognition, mobile-first check-in experience, customizable digital waivers and automated email/SMS notifications all add up to create a very comprehensive offering. The reporting feature is great for tracking visitor activity, especially when it comes to employee cases. We can pull up detailed analytics reports on our visitors activity in the building and are given visibility into any potential security threats. In addition, we can create custom reports and track employee cases quickly and easily. One of my favorite things about Eden is their product vision. The software is very futuristic, featuring biometric access control, mobile reception, and a whole suite of customization tools to make our visitor experience as seamless and enjoyable as possible. Still, I soldiered on with the setup process, and ultimately was able to get the system up and running. I was particularly impressed with the feature of ring-fencing certain areas of my building through authentication. I am now at ease knowing that my buildings security is secured. Additionally, it is very convenient to have automated visitor badge allocation which again contributes to more efficient visitor management. The insight feature has been great as it gives me a better overview as to who could have visited my building and at what time. However, I did have a couple of issues with their customer service. It takes quite a while to get back to me, and majority of the time, the queries are not resolved. But in all the other features it is quite satisfactory considering the features available. We recently invested in Edens Visitor Management Software for our small business. We chose Eden because of its futuristic features such as facial recognition and automated check-in. This feature alone has been a time saver for us as it helps us to easily identify and manage our visitors quickly. I was surprised at how user-friendly the software was. Despite this being my first time using the software, I was able to figure out how to use it. I give a lot of credit to the softwares product vision; it gives me great insights and control on who is coming in and out of my business. I can also take comfort in knowing that EDENs Visitor Management Software is constantly keeping track of who has walked into my business and who is still there. On the downside, there have been a few bugs here and there with the software, but nothing too major. #3 Having heard about EDENs Visitor Management Software, I was hopeful that it would meet my office buildings needs for a modern pre-registration and tracking system. On paper, the product had everything I wanted: customizable badges, visit tracking, and the ability to pre-register guests. Unfortunately, when I actually tried to set it up, I found that the user interface was way too complicated and the navigation was even worse. Many of the features were hidden away in the menus, making it difficult to use. On top of that, the cost of ownership was relatively high, significantly more than some of the competition. Nevertheless, I was able to eventually get it up and running, albeit with some difficulty. In my opinion, support and ease of use should be addressed by EDEN and ratings-wise, based on my experience, it deserves 2/5 stars!

The automated scheduling feature was also a useful addition, as it enabled us to better manage our traffic flow. I was also really impressed by EDENs use of mobile technology. With EDEN, I was able to sign my visitors in from any device, which significantly cut down the time it took for them to get into the building. This meant that the entire process was much faster and smoother for everyone involved. Finally, EDENs Visitor Management Software has proven to be extremely secure. With facial biometric scanning and user-level access control, we can keep in-house personnel, visitor traffic, and our records all safe and secure at all times. I feel that EDENs Visitor Management Software definitely deserves a score of 4.7 out of 5 stars. 'I am the R&D Head at my company, so I have been evaluating several different Visitor Management Software offerings for a while now. Out of the offerings evaluated, I believe Eden is the absolute best in class. They have a fantastic product vision that is made possible by their inclusion of next-generation technology. Product features such as automated visitor log-in with facial recognition, a mobile-first check-in experience, customizable digital waivers, and automated email/SMS notifications all contribute to make Eden’s offering more comprehensive than the others. Used together, these features offer an unmatched level of convenience and security for any facility. The integration with existing technologies that I already use in my facility was also impressive. Integration with HR systems, employee directories, and various messaging and automation solutions made getting started with Eden’s product easy and straightforward. As a small business owner, the most helpful part of using Eden Visitor Management Software is that I can quickly generate reports with the data on how our visitors interact with our company. I can see who has been on the premises, how many times they visited, what they were doing while they were here etc. As I continue to grow my business, this looks to be very helpful in analyzing past trends and see what is currently taking place. The system is user friendly, and my staff quickly understood it and we were up and running in no time. All of the features are all there, so you can have confidence that the product does what it promises. I have been using EDENs Visitor Management Software for almost a year now, and I have to say I am extremely satisfied with it. It is powerful enough to handle all our current needs, and there are plenty of room for us to customize and tweak the software if necessary. The system itself is surprisingly fast, even for large files. We have not faced any system slowdowns or lags even when several visitors are accessing the software at the same time, which I think speaks to its scalability. The customer service that EDEN provides is also great. They are always quick to respond to our queries, and overall have provided us with a great experience. I would give their customer service a 9/10. The cost of using the software is also more than reasonable in my opinion. Granted, the software may not be the cheapest on the market, but I think thats justified by the comprehensive range of features and capabilities that you get. After all, you get what you pay for. Here, I would give their pricing an 8/10. Overall, I cannot recommend EDENs Visitor Management Software enough. From the system speed to customer service, the software has certainly met our expectations in every way. Try it out for yourself and you wont be disappointed!

The user interface was one of the attributes we liked the most. Moreover, we were able to monitor and regulate the presence of visitors in our office - and that was a big deal for us given the nature of our business. We needed a visitor management software to cater to the rising visitors and contractors at our organization. As regards our experience with Eden, I would give a mixed verdict. On the positive side, the software is quite comprehensive and easy to use. They provided us with all the features and functionalities that we required such as visitor intake process, automated email notifications, badging help etc. This made it extremely easy and efficient for us to manage our influx of visitors and contractors. Moreover, Eden's customer service was also very helpful. Whenever we ran into issues or had queries, they were responsive and helpful in providing us with solutions quickly. On the flip side, the software isn't foolproof and there were certain glitches at times. We had to double-check certain data fields to ensure that visitors were properly added into the system. Moreover, the UI was a bit dull and we experienced lags when using it. All in all, I would give Eden's Visitor Management Software a rating of 7 on 10 for its ease of use and customer service experience. After a few months of usage, I must say Im not overly satisfied with their cost of ownership. Though the initial cost of using their software is relatively low, there are certain hidden costs that really add up. For example, Eden charges per visitor for certain features and for more than two active visitors, the price can stack up quickly and become pricey. Additionally, Eden charges for any additional licenses that may be needed, and the price increases exponentially if the administrator wants more features. All in all, Eden does offer some good features in its software, but the sheer cost of ownership can sometimes be too much for some users. Id give their cost of ownership a 6/10.

Eden Visitor Management Software has certainly made my job as a Senior Manager easier. Not only has it enabled me to have a better insight into who visits my office, but it has also made the check-in process much smoother. I used to have to manually check-in and out my visitors, however Eden has automated this process with the use of quick and easy QR codes. I have also appreciated Edens use of next generation technology and the ability to capture images of my visitors. This has provided me with the added layer of security to our office premises. The platform is clearly geared towards streamlining the check-in process and I am impressed with the overall innovation. I find the interface easy to use and understand, making it simple for both me and my guests. Rating 8/10 Review 3

#2 Since my office building receives a generous amount of visitors each day, I decided that a visitor management system was necessary for security and liability purposes. After a bit of searching, I found EDENs Visitor Management Software. On the surface, it seemed to have everything I could want in a system, including the ability to create customizable badges, track visits, and pre-register visitors. However, after putting it into action, I found the system was not what I had hoped. The user interface was overly complicated, making it difficult to find the features I needed. Additionally, the setup was a bit expensive, which was a bit of a buzzkill. Despite these drawbacks, I did manage to get it configured and functional. In my review, Im giving EDENs Visitor Management Software a 2/5 stars due to its difficult user interface, hidden features, and high cost of ownership.

Im so glad I decided to switch to Eden Visitor Management Software for my small business! The dashboard is super clean and intuitive, and makes my front desk operations much simpler. What I really appreciate is the ability to send automatic notifications to employees when a visitor has checked in. This level of automation is fantastic and makes recurring visitor check-ins much more efficient and avoids any potential bottlenecks. Im sure that Edens Software offerings will help us to scale up in the future as well, with their futuristic use cases and comprehensive product vision. Overall Ive been very pleased with the software and would highly recommend it. Five stars!

Review 1 I have been using Eden Visitor Management Software for the last 6 months now and Ive got to say, its the most innovative tool Ive seen! The product vision seems really futuristic and well thought out. For one, it offers a wide range of features that help manage company visitors effectively and efficiently. From the initial sign-up process to advanced security and post-visit analytics, Eden makes it all easier. Additionally, its great that Eden offers personalized registration forms, visitor badges, and enriched analytics and reporting abilities. My favorite feature of all though must be that it integrates with applications such as Salesforce and Slack, making collaboration very easy and straightforward. Id give Eden 4/5 stars overall and would recommend it to anyone looking for a great visitor management system.

I recently implemented Eden Visitor Management Software for our organisation. Amongst the multitude of products, Eden stood out for its clear value and streamlined functionalities. I believe we made the right choice. We found out that Edens features were quite capable of managing everyday visitor requests and activities. Additionally, the software seems to scale well as our organisation continues to grow. Moreover, the customer service of Eden reinforces the brand promise with helpful resources and great response time. This has been quite helpful in setup, configuration and trouble-shooting in the long run. To conclude, Id say that Eden is a great Visitor Management Software. I love its features and customer service that is delivered at a reasonable pricing structure. Id rate it 9 out of 10.

Review 3: Interoperability and integration I recently deployed the Eden Visitor Management Software at our Research and Development office and I have been impressed with the performance of the Interoperability and integration features. The software has enabled us to keep control over the data integrity which is an essential part of our operations. Eden effortlessly connects with our existing systems such as our employee directory. This makes it really simple for our reception teams to access and validate the visitor data. Additionally, we can also connect the software with multiple third-party apps via the API. This feature has been really helpful for our teams as they are now able to quickly review the visitors information. I am pleased to report that the Interoperability and integration features of Eden have been working as expected and I would rate them 4/5.

#4 I recently evaluated EDENs Visitor Management Software for my office building, and I have to say, I was far from impressed. On the surface, the software did have many of the features I needed, such as the ability to customize badges, pre-register visitors, and track visits. But if I had read further into the reviews, I likely would have passed this one over. When I got around to setting it up, the user interface was incredibly cumbersome, it was difficult to find the features I needed, and it was rather expensive compared to the competition.
