When clicians open the encounter window, the tabs are organized in simple categories along the left side which helps the clinician browse through patient information.

“Easy to Multitask”

Athena enables numerous schedules for multiple doctors and locations. It is easier for the users to scan, upload and organize documents. It also allows for multiple users at a time and multiple screens which make it easy to multitask.

“Inefficient Customer Support”

Athena has changed the way they handle customer issues that cannot be resolved by an initial CSC call. The only way to contact the people working on the issue is via Athena email.

“Inefficient Billing”

Things like Billing and Patient Care do not sync together, they work separately. This needs the billing teams to constantly rework in a way that they bill to fit the way Athena works with Patient Care.
