“Great Software”
HealtheState easy for the front desk to schedule, and enter new patients. This is very easy to customize templates for notes with great customer support and Videos that are in help tab are very handy when first learning the system.

“Difficulty in using this software”
Patients had a little difficulty not recognizing the reminders they were being sent about their appointments and unable to set security settings that would prevent staff from accessing the EHR through their mobile device does patients personal information at risk.
