Patients can view their medical records (including lab results and visit notes), request appointments and medication refills and communicate with their healthcare professionals online. The software can integrate with several dictation platforms, including Dragon, allowing users to seamlessly dictate and attach sound files to patient charts. Since the EHR is integrated with Practice Mate and the clearinghouse, one can take SOAP notes and convert them to electronic bills automatically, and then submit them electronically through the clearinghouse.
