I recently purchased the Hitachi Mass Flow Controller and I am very pleased with the product. From the moment I ordered it, the process was smooth and the turn-around time was very pleasing. It has given me a level of efficiency that I have not experienced with other controllers in the past. The technical features of the controller are excellent. It has the ability to measure both volume and mass measurements, allowing for accurate data. Furthermore, the device is also capable of handling changes in gas composition and pressure, a feature which I find incredibly useful. The cost of the product also reasonable and is certainly value for money. The support from Hitachi, from the moment I placed my order and to the after care, has been outstanding. When we encountered problems during the implementation, Hitachis customer support was readily available to help us through the process. Furthermore, their business maturity, supply chain operations and R&D capabilities are excellent, providing reassurance and confidence in the products they produce. Lastly, the controller is able to be customised, allowing me to use it in a number of applications, something which I am incredibly excited about. It has also provided tremendous Return on Investment (ROI) in comparison to my current costs, and I have seen my savings significantly increase since using the product. Additionally, Hitachi is a leader in technological inventions and is well known for their science-based solutions. Their financial stability and business maturity have been very reassuring and allows me to have confidence in their products and services. Thirdly, I have been very impressed by their supply chain operations. From the moment I placed my order, the delivery was surprisingly quick and efficient. I was sent regular updates and tracking information which kept me informed of how the device was travelling and when to expect delivery. I was happy to find that their production capacity and R&D capabilities helped to ensure the device that I received was both high quality and of the highest standards. Finally, the device can be customised which is important for the application that Im using it for. In addition, their customer service has exceeded my expectations, providing helpful advice and solutions to any technical issues that have come up.
