I recently had the chance to use WORKSOFTs Automation Testing, and Im very satisfied with the results. I found their Product vision and features to be very ambitious and exciting, and it really set the tone for their automation testing solutions. They were extremely easy to use and intuitive, so there were no learning curves on our end. The Cost of Ownership was also reasonable and provided good value for our money.
I was quite impressed with the level of innovation from WORKSOFTs Automation Testing. I was particularly impressed with the support for futuristic use cases. They are pioneering the way for the utilization of next-generation technologies to ease the testing process. Additionally, I had no issues with interoperability and integration with existing systems which was great.
Unfortunately, the customer service didnt meet my expectations. Even though there were staff available most of the time, they werent very supportive or friendly with helping us out. However, that didnt really hamper our overall experience with WORKSOFTs Automation Testing. Considering the features, value and results we got, it definitely deserves 3.5 out of 5 stars.

Ive been working with WORKSOFTs Automation Testing for a couple of years now, and I must say Im very impressed with their product vision, features, ease of use, and the overall innovation. I find the product and features to be future-proof and well structured to solve the testing problems faced by businesses. I also find the customer service to be very responsive and helpful whenever I need help.
Interoperability and integration with existing systems is top-notch and I have never ran into any issues with that. The Companys stability, maturity and use of next-generation technology have also been excellent. The Cost of Ownership is also quite reasonable, considering all the features and value that you get with WORKSOFT, plus the ability to access modern applications for the future.
Overall, Im quite pleased with WORKSOFTs Automation Testing. I would highly recommend their solutions to any business looking to save money and time when it comes to testing. The customer experience has been excellent and I rate them 4 out of 5 stars.
