Review 2 - Jack Henry & Associatess Banking Software Having used Jack Henry & Associatess Banking Software for some time, I must say that I am far from satisfied with my experience. The customer service I received was completely inadequate and downright rude most of the time. For example, I felt that customer support representatives were constantly pushing back on my questions and inquiries and were very unhelpful when trying to help out with more complex issues. Furthermore, I feel that the software is quite overpriced for what it offers. Its certainly not terrible, but it could definitely be more competitively priced. I give Jack Henry & Associatess Banking Software a 2 out of 10 for customer service and a 4 out of 10 for value for money.

Review 1 - Jack Henry & Associatess Banking Software I have been using Jack Henry & Associatess Banking Software for some time now, and I must say that the customer service has been absolutely abysmal. It wasnt even so much the fact that their customer service was slow or unhelpful, but more that I encountered some outright rude customer support representatives during my interactions. For example, I received a lot of push-back when trying to explain my issues and got outright refusal when asking for further assistance with a particular problem. On top of that, I feel like I am overpaying for the software. Its not terrible, but it could certainly be more competitively priced. I have to give Jack Henry & Associatess Banking Software a 2 out of 10 for customer service and a 4 out of 10 for value for money.

The search and sort functions of the software are quite good, allowing me to quickly find the information I need. I recently purchased Jack Henry & Associates TotalAssist 2.0 product for my companys financial needs. Overall, Im reasonably pleased. The software is fairly easy to use, however I found some functions to be a bit cumbersome. Additionally, while the software includes over 70 standard templates, I was unable to customize the reports to meet my specific needs. As far as cost of ownership, the product is reasonably priced but still more expensive than some of their competitors offerings. Im still getting used to the software so I cant give a definitive opinion of it yet. Id say for now its a 6/10 for ease of use and a 7/10 for cost of ownership.

Im an older woman and have seen enough technology evolution in my lifetime to understand the basics of what is new and what is still the same. Jack Henry & Associates is a banking software business that fits in the latter category. Generally speaking, their offerings rely heavily on older technology, lack innovative features and are slow to adopt futuristic use cases. While they may be suitable for certain banking organizations, theyre not exactly the most impressive software Ive used. Overall Innovation: 3/10 Jack Henry & Associates software has been quite stagnant in terms of incorporating the latest technologies. Though their user interface looks polished and up-to-date, its underlying core code is mostly outdated. The feature set is similarly modest, lacking any truly innovative or clever functionality. Furthermore, they dont show signs of iterating on their products or supporting any additional features that may be useful down the road. Use of Next Generation Technology: 1/10 When it comes to computing, I prefer modernity over archaic approaches. Unfortunately, Jack Henry & Associates does not offer this. Their decision to keep relying on legacy technologies has made their offerings clunky and slow compared to other more modern options. On the rare occasions where Ive been able to get their software to do something I want it to do, its typically messy and inefficient. Supporting Futuristic Use Cases: 2/10 Jack Henry & Associates has never sold themselves on being the most cutting-edge banking software on the planet, and their offerings certainly prove that. With little effort being made to keep up with the competition, they fall far behind in terms of supporting futuristic use cases. In fact, they tend to rely on antiquated models such as batch processing, while many of their counterparts have moved on to real-time processing and streaming.

I recently purchased Jack Henry & Associates ATMs in Motion product for my companys banking needs. Im relatively pleased with the product. The software is relatively easy to use but lacks some of the more advanced features I expected. Additionally, the product is fairly expensive compared to similar products on the market. All in all, Id give the product a 7/10 for ease of use and a 5/10 for cost of ownership.

The software is extremely innovative and helpful. The customer service was unbelievably poor, to the point that customer support reps were often refusing to help me out and providing outdated and incorrect information. Additionally, I feel that the software is overpriced for what it offers. Granted, its not terrible, but it could definitely be more competitively priced.
