The automated features, while theoretically helpful, proved to be more hassle than anything else. Furthermore, customer service was lackluster and failed to provide solutions that would bridge the gap between our solutions and the software. 1. As an elderly woman, I recently decided to switch from traditional banking to Megasol Technologies banking software. Over the past three months, I have been extremely impressed with Megasols customer service. Every time Ive had a tech support call or challenge, they have been quick to sort out the issue or answer my questions. The customer service team is responsive, knowledge and polite which really makes me feel like a valued customer. With regards to usability, Megasols banking software is incredibly intuitive. Im not particularly tech-savvy but have been able to figure out some of the more advanced features without having to call in or search for help. I can check my account balance, initiate transfers, income and pay bills all in one place. Overall, I would highly recommend Megasol for their great customer service and ease of use. Rating: 9/10

The Banking Software lags on occasion when Im trying to complete a task, which can be quite annoying. There should also be a more consistent update schedule to keep up with certain banking changes.
