The data is converted into the encrypted form when it is transferred from 1 VPN gateway to the other. It provides IPSec standards to VPN for secure and safe transfer of data. It can be configured as site-to-site VPN and can have multiple tunnels in single VPN gateways. Google Cloud VPN manages the traffic by supporting static routes and dynamic routes. It also supports Internet Key Exchange (IKE), a key management protocol standard used with the IPSec security protocol. In the Service Level Agreement (SLA), Google Cloud VPN ensures 99.9% of service availability. Google provides free support for resources and premium support to its clients. The free support for resources includes documentation and guides, trial technical support, and billing support, while in the premium support, 3 packages are available, namely, silver, gold, and platinum. Clients can choose the package according to their requirements and pricing.
