I recently had the opportunity to use HAPTIKs Conversational AI services, and I am fairly pleased with my experience. The product vision was good and the features provided were adequate to handle my needs. The ease of use was fairly straightforward, and the cost of ownership seemed reasonable. I also appreciate the fact that they are using next-gen technology to provide improved services and value-for-money. The interoperability and integration with other services was solid, and we were pleased that the company is stable and well-established. However, the customer service we received was not as good as we expected, making it a bit difficult to get others on board with our goals. Overall, the product was good but some parts of the experience could be improved upon. Rating: 7/10
