As a small business owner, it was important for me to secure my network from cybercriminals and this product did the job perfectly. The product vision was well thought out and delivered with advanced features that allowed me to completely prevent, detect and mitigate distributed Denial of Service (DDoS) attacks. On top of that, the product was quite easy to setup and use and the cost of ownership was relatively low.
Interoperability and integration was a breeze with the product. The inventory of features seemed really promising and even though the companys stability and maturity had been questioned in the past, I found that their product was quite stable and had an overall innovative approach. Additionally, the customer service was outstanding and the support team was very helpful in getting us up and running quickly.
One of the most interesting things about the product was the fact that it supported futuristic use cases, meaning that I can use it for years to come. For me, being able to use the product for years to come gave me the assurance that I had made the right purchase decision. The product also packed in a range of next generation technology, making the process less tedious. Ultimately, the value for money that I got from AKAMAI was substantial which gave me an added incentive to work with them.
