Firstly, the product vision is clearly geared towards experienced users—not ideal for a beginner like myself. Additionally, the product features were, to be honest, quite dull. I was looking for robust tools, but the program fell flat in that regard. Quite frankly, I was also lacking the audio and video tools that are now essential to desktop publishing software. I am completely disappointed with the overall innovation and use of next generation technology offered by Mediology Softwares desktop publishing software. I was expecting technology of the future but all I got was solutions that are available for the last few years. The company does not seem to be updated with the current trends in technology and their solutions are not only outdated but also lack feature delivery. There no specific customer service, implementation, or deployment of their solutions either, which does not make it feasible for any business. My experience with Mediology Softwares desktop publishing software in terms of cost of ownership was not at all satisfactory. The cost that the company asked for their services was far more than expected for what they delivered. Though the company claimed to be the best experience in terms of cost and efficiency, their services and solutions are very expensive. Not only that, the customer service and post deployment support that they provided was terrible and it was a nightmare dealing with them. All in all, I give the cost of ownership of Mediology Softwares desktop publishing software 1 out of 5 stars, as it is far too expensive for what they deliver. I was really excited to try Mediology Softwares Desktop Publishing Software because the product description made it sound like exactly the solution I was looking for, but I couldnt have been more disappointed. Review Two: I recently purchased Mediology Softwares Desktop Publishing Software, and it has been one of the biggest disappointments of my year. I bought the software expecting to be able to create high-quality digital designs that would compare to those featured by my favorite professional graphic designers. However, the vision of the product seemed so out of touch with the current trends—favoring more experienced users than basic users. Speaking of features, I found them severely lacking. The program promised intuitive tools, but the reality was that I had to jump through hoops in order to achieve my desired results. In addition, it was lacking features which are essential for desktop publishing software, such as the ability to add audio and video elements. For a product which claims to be futuristic, it did not meet my expectations. For instance, while 3D visuals are becoming increasingly popular, the software completely lacked the capability to produce such visuals.
