Despite multiple attempts to contact them directly, it took them an absurdly long time to respond and none of their answers provided any useful advice. Product Vision and Product Features: 8/10 PosterMyWalls product vision is impressive and they have successfully integrated a lot of sophisticated functionality into their Desktop Publishing Software Offering. This includes a wide range of useful features such as automated shape recognition and alignment, font support, global style editing and much more. I was especially impressed by the ability to export and save in a variety of formats and file sizes which is very convenient for larger projects. I recently worked with PosterMyWall Desktop Publishing Software and overall I was quite disappointed with their customer service. The sales staff were extremely unhelpful and not at all knowledgeable when I encountered technical difficulties. I found them to be dismissive and unwilling to answer my questions. They were quick to make promises and slow to deliver on them. After multiple attempts to get support, a technician finally took the time to answer my query, but even then they only provided me with a very basic solution that was ultimately ineffective. I experienced further delays with their refund request, as they were slow to process my paperwork and returned all my forms incomplete.
