It does a great job of streamlining the entire signing process. From signing legal documents to securing customer data, the platform has everything you need to go digital with ease. The platform is also robust and highly secure. With PKI- based encryption, the platform can ensure that the authenticity of documents stay intact. It also includes anti-tamper features, allowing to detect any instances of document alterations. Its also great for onboarding employees, allowing users to register and manage access to confidential files within minutes. I also love the fact that the platform is quite affordable. While other products may require hefty investments upfront, ASCERTIAs Digital Signature Solutions has fair pricing for different size businesses. I recently came across ASERTIAs Digital Signature Solutions offering and would give it 4.5 stars out of 5. The product vision provides a secure, legally-binding platform for digital transactions and I have been pleasantly surprised by the range of features it offers in order to cater to various user personas. They have a customized signatory settings function and a variety of signature types for documents. The product features are great; I love how they allow integration with other peripheral applications and secure data flows. They also have graphical signature recognition which is great for any buyers needing to recognise documents instantly. Furthermore, the interface is intuitive and supports different levels of authentication. That said, Im not completely satisfied as there are some discrepancies with other services available in the market. For example, biometric authentication and multi-factor authentication are noticeably absent, which makes me feel uneasy about the security of the documents Im signing digitally. Also, their user interface isnt as user-friendly as I want it to be. Review 3, Ease of use - 2/5: As a manager in the engineering industry, I know that ease of use matters when it comes to digital solutions. Ascertias digital signature solutions are far from easy to use. Their product can take several hours to set up and the user manual can be exceedingly difficult to understand. As such, I cannot recommend this product to anyone looking for a quick and easy digital signature solution. Despite the level of complexity, the product is not compensated with great options and features that make it more compelling.

Review 1 - Rating 3/5 Ive had some experience with Ascertias Digital Signature Solutions, they have some nice product features but I do have some concerns, so I cant give them a full 5/5. The product vision is quite good, as they focus on providing flexible and scalable solutions that can be integrated with many platforms and products. The features are also solid, offering features like digital signing, document signing, and advanced authentication and authentication protocols. However, the interoperability and integration can be a bit lacking. Ive had some frustrations in trying to integrate things with other third-party services which can be quite a pain. On top of that, I dont feel that their customer support is great and I have been on a waiting list for a few problems for some time. All in all, its a decent product but it does have some room for improvement.

Considering usability, it was incredibly hard to learn and understand, it lacked friendly user interface and the setup process was literal torture. As for value for money, its an absolute rip-off you can get far better products elsewhere for less money.
