5.Overall rating: Interoperability and integration: 2/5 Value for Money: 2/5 I recently worked with IDENTRUST INC.s Digital Signature Solutions offerings, and it was a highly problematic experience. In terms of interoperability and integration, we encountered multiple issues. The system was cumbersome and did not integrate with our existing systems as expected. The technical support from the team at IDENTRUST INC. was helpful, but not up to our standards and this added to the cost of implementation. On top of that, we found that the pricing structure for the solution was too high for our organization. It was simply not cost-effective for us to move forward with the solution. We had to walk away from the implementation solely because of the pricing. This was clearly not a sustainable option for us. Overall, I would not recommend IDENTRUST INC.s Digital Signature Solutions as the interoperability and integration issues are simply too big a hurdle to overcome. On top of that, the pricing structure is not cost effective or justifiable in any way. It was a real disappointment.

IDENTRUSTs solutions are technology advanced and futuristic which is what makes them stand out from the competition. The customer service from IDENTRUST has been exceptional. All our queries were answered promptly and the support team was very well-versed in the technology and purpose of the solutions. The advanced solutions they offer make signing and verifying digital signatures easy and secure; something which many other companies cannot boast of. Furthermore we found the online support documents very useful and the ease of implementation really helped us in our implementation. We also found their pricing to be quite competitive allowing us to select the kind of product or service package thats most suitable for our current needs and budget. In addition to the existing digital signature solutions, IDENTRUST has also came up with multiple futuristic use cases like DigiSign, an example of its e-signature solution which helps customers to more easily submit signed documents and SAAS signatures which allow enables the use of a cloud-based platform for easy document signing solutions. Overall, we are quite content with the offerings of IDENTRUST and would definitely recommend their services to those looking for advanced digital signature solutions - Rating: 5/5

The company provides security solutions to many business and enterprise organizations. I believe that Identrust is at the forefront of digital signature solutions, their product vision is clearly evident in what they offer to their customers. I had a chance to test out their digital signature solutions and I can vouch for their value for money. The features are great, I particularly liked the simple and intuitive user interface of their products. The company offers several levels of authentication, so you can customize the security levels of your digital signatures as per your convenience. Also, the speed at which their products process signatures is remarkable. On the downside, Identrust INCs Digital Signature Solutions are a bit pricey, though. I understand that they are providing great value, however, the cost is one of the biggest factors that stopped their products from becoming omnipresent. As an industry veteran, this is a major cause of concern for me. To summarize my review, I would rate Identrust INCs Digital Signature Solutions a 7/10, based on their great product vision and product features, plus the value they provide for money. Though, their higher prices may become a hindrance in reaching a wider market.

I sent out several emails, but they werent replied to. When I did manage to get a hold of a representative, they werent of any help. But the icing on the cake was their support documentations, particularly the user guide and online tutorials. This allowed us to get started on creating digital signatures almost instantly. My only complaint about Identrust (3/5) is the fact that some of their larger transaction fees can be quite expensive, making it a less attractive option. As part of a rapidly evolving legal industry it was important we remain up to date with the latest technology, and after evaluating numerous digital signature solutions I found Identrust to be the perfect fit. The product vision of Identrust is quite modern and innovative (4/5). They had a robust set of features that could accommodate many different signing situations from bulk signatures to scanned placements. It was also quite comfortable to find out that we could process everything through their web interface, and no additional software was required (4/5). The ease of use was probably what I am most grateful for (5/5). Identrust does an excellent job of hand-holding users with an easy to navigate step-by-step setup and an amazing support team that is always ready to help. I have also been impressed with their security protocols, as every signature is thoroughly verified with a detailed audit trail. I have no major complaints about Identrusts Digital Signature Solutions (4/5). Aside from the occasional expensive fee on larger transactions, the product and service they offer is well worth it. They have really been a great asset to the legal industry and I look forward to continuing our business relationship with them.

The customer service is atrocious: no one ever picks up when you call, and email replies can take days. Not only that, but their pricing structure is extremely lopsided with additional fees I was not expecting. The most infuriating part is the fact that they do not offer any refunds whatsoever. If a product does not do its job or fails to deliver the service that it should, there is no way to get a refund. I would give Identrust Inc.s Digital Signature Solutions an abysmal 1 out of 5 stars. The pricing structure and customer service are terrible, and the lack of a refund policy is a deal-breaker. If you are looking for affordable, reliable digital signature solutions, look elsewhere.

In terms of interoperability and integration, the solution that was offered to us was largely limited in its capabilities. The system was relatively cumbersome, and we had a hard time getting it to integrate with our existing systems with minimal technical expertise. As a result, the process was unnecessarily costly and took longer than necessary. In terms of value for money, we found that the pricing structure was just too high. We had trouble justifying the process and costs associated with implementing the solution, and it wouldnt have been cost-effective for us to move forward. We had to walk away from the implementation solely because of the pricing, which was a pity as the features and the solution itself was quite good. Overall, I would not recommend IDENTRUST INC.s Digital Signature Solutions as it comes with too many compromises - both in terms of money and integration. Yes, the features are good, but for us, it was just not practical, and certainly not cost effective.

Having used Identrusts Digital Signature Solution for a while now, I think its fair to say that I was highly satisfied with their offering. It was obvious right away that they had made a great effort to stay at the cutting-edge of product vision (4/5) and their features were really well-equipped, with verifiable credentials, scanned signature placements, and bulk signature capabilities. Ease of use was also something I appreciated (5/5). Setting up the entire procedure was automated and there was barely any paperwork involved. Identrust also supplies you with a detailed user guide and helpful online tutorials, making the whole process even simpler. My only complaint with Identrusts Digital Signature Solutions (3/5) is that the fees for large transactions could get quite expensive. But, with all that said, I still think that this is a great product and well-suited for businesses looking for digital signatures. The product vision is ahead of its time and the features are quite practical. Im almost certain that I can safely recommend this to others.

Despite their website promising a seamless onboarding process, I spent several days locked in an endless bureaucratic loop trying to get set up with their service. I rarely could come into contact with a customer representative, and the few times I did they seemed completely uninformed and unable to help me. Once I came on board I began to experience issues with the product itself. The provided software was very unintuitive and clunky, and I often faced problems with getting documents uploaded. I cant rate them even 1 star. Avoid Identrust Inc.s Digital Signature Solutions at all costs.

Review 3: Im writing this review to provide a very stern warning about Identrust Inc.s Digital Signature Solutions: do not use it. I recently purchased the monthly subscription, but I had a terrible experience. The product does not seem to be designed with usability in mind, as it is confusing and clunky to use. I faced numerous glitches which caused documents to be rejected, and when I contacted customer service they werent helpful. The worst part is that they wont provide refunds, so I was stuck with an unusable product and no way to get my money back. For these reasons, I would give Identrust Inc.s Digital Signature Solutions 0 out of 5 stars. Avoid it at all costs.

For the cost that Identrust Inc charges, the solutions dont feel quite up to mark in terms of value for money. On top of that, I experienced certain issues that I reported multiple times but still no response from customer service. As I am operating online, timely customer service is essential, and Identrust Inc are not providing that. 2. Overall rating: Interoperability and integration: 2/5 Value for Money: 2/5 I had the recent misfortune of working with IDENTRUST INC.s Digital Signature Solutions. Despite its potential, it proved to be a difficult and expensive experience. In terms of integration, the process was highly complex and was compounded by the high costs of the services offered by IDENTRUST INC. We had to incur hefty costs in order to get the system to work with our existing systems, which was a huge stress and hassle. The value for money of the solution was not up to our standards either. The prices of the services were too high, even for our organization which is the sort of scale which can typically get good discounts. This made the experience doubly frustrating, as the cost of the solution was not very easily justifiable. We had to reconsider our decision and eventually pull out of the deal due to unaffordable costs. Overall, I would not recommend IDENTRUST INC.s Digital Signature Solutions. The solution itself was good, but the integrated and value for money aspect of the experience was sorely lacking. It just wasnt practical for us to move forward.
