Review 2: I decided to give the ONESPAN Digital Signature Solutions a try, but unfortunately I havent been overly pleased with the experience. I dont think the product has the breadth of features that is needed, and the user interface is not as intuitive as Id wish it to be. I felt like I was having to struggle to learn how to use the software, and even then I wasnt sure I had implemented everything correctly. In addition, the pricing model has hidden fees and additional charges that I wasnt expecting, and I dont feel like Im getting good value for money. Overall, I would rate my experience 2 out of 5 stars.

I have been using ONESPANs Digital Signature Solutions offerings for the past few months, and I feel obligated to write a review and provide feedback on their performance. Starting with Interoperability and integration, while they do offer some features that allow you to integrate your data with other external sources, it seems like its very much limited to their own products. I found this to be a very limiting factor for the integration capabilities of their offering, especially when compared to their competitors. Furthermore, when I attempted to integrate an external source, the process felt rather clunky and slow. It was a tedious process that didnt quite feel seamless despite their in-built features. Nevertheless, when you go further down the line, there are certain hidden costs which may not be immediately apparent. What I found to be the most disappointing aspect was their lack of innovation in their product vision. Whilst they are investing in next-generation technologies, their approach is quite slow and its not always clear what the actual benefits will be. Additionally, the customer service was not up to my expectations and I found it difficult to get solutions for my concerns in a timely manner.

The system offers secure digital signing processes but I wasnt really sure of its feasibility for smaller businesses. Most of the core features like facial recognition for biometric authentication and customizable displays for documents were really useful for larger businesses, but due to their high cost of implementations, I wasnt sure how easily it could be replicated for smaller businesses who dont have the budget to make the necessary upgrades. In this respect, I didnt find the offering from Microsoft especially innovative as it can be heavily biased towards larger businesses who can afford to make the necessary upgrades. Overall, while the use of facial recognition, biometric authentication, and other trends are all impressive features, I rate this offering a 3 out of 5 as I feel it isnt that easily accessible to smaller businesses.

Their offering provides a comprehensive set of signature solutions for use in applications and services. Their platform supports futuristic use cases, allowing for secure verifications and document signing with a wide range of signing options. The embedded signing feature is excellent for facilitating remote signing, and its biometric-based automatic provisioning of identity documents is a useful addition for increasing security. However, signers are unable to perform manual signing, and the lack of support for this is a major downside. Interoperability and integration with existing systems have also been satisfactory, although they could use further refinement in places. For example, the management console provides an intuitive experience, but the management of templates is clunky and inefficient. Overall, I am giving OneSpan Digital Signature Solutions a rating of 3.5 out of 5. The offering is great for the most part, but there is room for improvement here and there. The team is responsive and helpful, which is always appreciated.
