THALES E-SECURITY INC Review 4 I recently tried THALES E-SECURITY Digital Signature Solutions offering and found it be to perfectly adequate for a digital signature solution. The user interface was easy to use and didnt require much getting used to. Setting up and managing digital signatures was also relatively easy and straightforward. That said, I encountered some issues with THALES E-SECURITYs customer service. I found it was relatively easy to get a response from the customer support team, but they were often unhelpful and it could take several attempts (and hours) before someone actually assisted me. All in all, I would rate the experience at 2 out of 5 stars. The pricing of the service is also not the most competitive and I think there could potentially be better value for money if youre looking for an effective digital signature solution. Before making any commitment, it would be wise to take a look at other alternatives on the market as well. All in all, THALES E-SECURITYs Digital Signature Solutions offering is reasonably good and does work if you need to setup and manage digital signatures. The user interface is user-friendly and the product is easy to use. However, it is let down by its customer service and somewhat steep pricing.

. Review 1 I was glad to explore Thales e-Securitys digital signature solutions recently. I have to admit, it was quite an exhilarating experience. It did require me to throw away my old signature signing process and adapt to the new digital signature offering but to me, it was worth the effort. From the ease of setting it up, to its secure authentication and verification it felt like I was part of a safe, digital realm. Nevertheless, there were some drawbacks too. For instance, the cost of ownership of this solution was quite unfair when compared to the other options available in the market. Even though interoperability and integration of the solution was effortless, the value for money was lacking, which really dampened my enthusiasm towards using the service in the long-term. That being said, Id give the solution 3.5 out of 5 stars.

I give the product 3 out of 5 stars. The product vision and features seemed to be right in tune with what I was looking for. Firstly, it had a user friendly interface which allowed me to intuitively figure things out. This was a huge plus point because Im not tech savvy and needed something which I could understand and use easily. I was also satisfied with the interoperability and wide range of compatible platforms that the product offered. What really sold me was the customer support offered by Thales. Whenever I had a query I received prompt and helpful responses. This was a great way to make sure that their product didnt become obsolete in the near future. However, I did find a few issues with their product as well. Firstly, it was quite expensive. I had expected something that was a little bit more budget friendly. Additionally, the implementation lacked certain features which could have made a more suitable solution for more complex scenarios. Overall, Im satisfied with the purchase and the product has been a good fit, but I would have liked it to have been more affordable and feature rich. This is why I have given the product 3 out of 5 stars.

Its worth noting that you get access to software and feature upgrades in the yearly subscription so thats covered too. Whenever Ive reached out to them, their personnel were extremely helpful and friendly. However, the cost of ownership can be a bit too high sometimes. For the last few years I have used the same, and have had no trouble integrating and interoperating with my existing systems. Although the application isnt hard to get the hang of, I still experienced some minor bugs and issues, mostly related to the user interface and some slowdowns in signed document verification, but overall the past experiences Ive had with the solution have been really positive. In my experience, I find that Thales e-Security Incs services are highly scalable and they offer excellent interoperability and integration. You can easily setup within your existing system. It also allows you to connect to multiple devices and systems, so you get a single interface to interact with all your digital signature solutions. I will caution against the complexity of setting everything up and thats where technical assistance is the most helpful. Whenever I contacted customer support I got a response, but it took far too long for someone to actually assist me which was inconvenient and extremely frustrating. Id rate their customer service at 2 out of 5 stars. In terms of value for money, I cant say that Im particularly impressed. The pricing is not particularly competitive and I think there could be better alternatives on the market if price is a major factor. Id recommend considering your other options before making an investment in this product. After several attempts and much frustration, I was finally able to reach someone at the company to help me out with a technical issue, but this was after a lengthy process that could have been much quicker and smoother. The customer service I received was far from satisfactory, and Id rate it at 2 out of 5 stars. The pricing of THALES E-SECURITYs Digital Signature Solutions offerings is also not particularly impressive. In my personal opinion, its not a great value for money and I wouldnt recommend signing up right away without careful consideration.
