Ease of use: 5/10 When it comes to ease of use, I would rate Mulesoft Incs Hybrid Integration Platform at 5/10. The platform does offer a simple interface and straightforward setup process, but doesnt offer anything particularly advanced or innovative. In particular, there is no drag and drop feature which makes it difficult to rapidly set up and configure connections. Additionally, the dashboard is functional but not particularly user-friendly.
