The product vision of the HIP is very inspiring and the features are phenomenal. The drag-and-drop feature is fantastic and allows for quick and easy point-and-click editing to reorganize your workflows. Review 1 I recently tried out Software AGs Hybrid Integration Platform, with the aim of bringing together multiple systems in my organizations IT infrastructure. I wanted seamless interoperability and integration between different platforms and Software AGs offerings seemed to fulfill my requirements. The integration process was extremely straightforward and efficient, with little to no need for external support. All my different systems were integrated in no time. The customer service offered by Software AG was extremely helpful as well. Whenever I needed any information regarding the platform or the integration process, I had no problems getting in touch with the right person or getting timely help. On the downside, while the integration process was completely seamless, it was the kind of thing that was relatively complex to understand, even for someone well-versed in technology and digital systems. This meant that there was a slight learning curve involved, although that wasnt too significant of an issue. Overall, Software AGs Hybrid Integration Platform has fulfilled my expectations. I would rate it 8/10 for its excellent interoperability and integration and10/10 for its superb customer service.

I was looking for a comprehensive system that offered the capabilities I wanted, so it was a relief to find Software AG. I was pleased to know that the company has been providing integration services for over 45 years and have continued to innovate over time. On the whole, I was quite impressed with the product vision and features. The interface was quite intuitive and I found the features easy to use, from the drag-and-drop configuration to the B2B integration and the MQTT protocol support. In addition, I was impressed with the scalability and security of the system and the integration with a whole range of other applications, including mobile apps. The customer service team was also excellent, helping me with all my queries. Overall, I find Software AGs Hybrid Integration Platform offers a wide range of next generation technologies that makes my work much easier. The product vision is excellent, with all the right features in place and a great customer service team supporting it. Their product vision was very unclear and abstract, leaving me guessing of what I was getting and how to set it up properly. Furthermore, the product features were not as comprehensive as they advertised, and was missing certain common features I would expect from such a product. As if that wasnt enough, the customer service was pretty abysmal. I experienced a long wait time for responses and answers to my queries, only to receive a generic or vague response.
