5 My experience with WSO2s Hybrid Integration Platform has been plagued by the customer service provided by the organisation. I have found that most of my queries and concerns have not been addressed properly and many times I have had to reach out multiple times in order to get a response from their customer support team. Due to this, I gave the customer service a rating of two out of five stars. This problem could have been easily avoided if I had received better support from the customer success team. Furthermore, the cost of ownership for their platform is also quite high compared to other options available in the marketplace. I felt that the package came with too many features for what I needed and this led to a lot of technical hiccups. So, I gave cost of ownership a rating of three out of five stars.

3 Using WSO2s Hybrid Integration Platform has definitely been a source of frustration for me. The customer service from WSO2 leaves much to be desired as inquiries and questions have rarely been addressed properly. I often have to chase the customer support team multiple times in order to get a response and assistance for my queries which has left me feeling more stressed than needed. All these factors led me to give the customer service a poor rating of two out of five stars. Another downside of WSO2s Hybrid Integration Platform is the cost of ownership associated with the system. It is substantially more expensive when compared to other options available in the marketplace. I felt that the package came with more features than I needed and was a bit too cumbersome to work with. Due to all these factors, I give the cost of ownership a rating of three out of five stars.

Review #3 I recently used WSO2s Hybrid Integration Platform to connect multiple applications together and the experience I had was quite satisfactory! The drag-and-drop designer felt quite intuitive and I didnt require much technical knowledge to understand how it worked. Not only that, but I also found the resources available quite useful. Nevertheless, I wasnt too pleased with the customer support I received. Even though their representatives were friendly enough, their response times left something to be desired. This was a bit frustrating as I had a few queries I needed to ask and I wasnt getting the answers I needed in a timely manner. I would rate WSO2s Hybrid Integration Platform as 4 out of 5 for ease of use and 3 out of 5 for customer service.

Value for money rating: 3 Generally speaking, the WSO2 Hybrid Integration Platform offers plenty of features and capabilities for businesses that wish to leverage cloud-native and on-premises integration capabilities. However, customers should be aware that the cost of ownership can become quite high, since they must purchase the entire platform, as well as any potential subscriptions and additional hardware needed to get the full benefit from the platform. Additionally, the cost of support and maintenance fees should also be factored in. As a result, customers may not be able to get the best value for money when using the WSO2 Hybrid Integration Platform.

Review-5: I had the chance to try out WSO2s Hybrid Integration Platform (HIP) recently, and I must say, the platform certainly did exceed my expectations. HIP is a comprehensive platform that brings together all of the pieces necessary for enterprise integration. The platform supports and leverages open-source technologies such as Apache Apex and Apache Storm, providing a reliable and powerful platform for integration. It enables organizations to build robust integrations and composite applications by connecting legacy systems and modern services. It also provides a unified view of hybrid cloud architectures and enables an efficient data exchange between different services and APIs. Another great feature that makes HIP stand out from the rest is its ease of use. The user interface is intuitive and navigation is simple, making it easy to quickly get up and running. This makes it the perfect platform for those who are new to enterprise integration, as it guides you through the entire setup process. Overall, Id rate WSO2s HIP a 9/10. It is definitely a great platform that is highly innovative, while also being relatively easy to use.

Recently, I purchased WSO2s Hybrid Integration Platform (HIP) to help improve the interoperability of my business. Having used it for a few months now, I am impressed with the efficient value that it offers me. HIP is incredibly powerful when it comes to its interoperability systems. This is especially impressive because it allows for the integration of new cloud applications into my existing on-premise environment, as well as developing and monitoring a wide range of connectors and APIs. By using this platform, I have been able to accomplish my business goals in a more efficient fashion. It has also been able to help me prepare for my future use cases. This includes its ability to quickly integrate data, applications and services; create common protocols; and help me build an advanced digital transformation model. This has been a valuable asset to me and my business. However, I do have a few complaints about the HIP. To start, the user interface is somewhat limited and not always intuitive. Additionally, some of the features that are implemented are not always easy to understand on the first try. Finally, the platform lacks real-time analytics capabilities. Despite these issues, I would rate the HIP a 8/10 for its interoperability and its ability to facilitate future use cases. It has helped me quickly synchronize all my systems, databases, applications, services, and data. Overall, implementing the HIP has been beneficial for me and for my business.

Recently, I had the pleasure of using the WSO2s Hybrid Integration Platform (HIP). I purchased it to help improve the interoperability of my business and I am pleased to say that it has been incredibly successful in doing so. HIP has been incredibly useful in helping me to prepare my business for any future use cases. Through the platform, I was able to quickly integrate data, applications and services into an advanced digital transformation model. This has been enormously helpful for me as it has allowed me to stay one step ahead of competitors. In addition, HIP is also able to facilitate the integration of new cloud applications into my current on-premise application landscape with service integration tools. This is a great feature as it allows me to remain in the same environment while benefiting from cloud applications. There are however a few issues that I have with the platform. For one, the user interface is limited and can be hard to understand at times. Additionally, the features that the HIP offers are sometimes confusing and not always intuitive. Overall, I would rate the HIP a 7.5/10 for its interoperability and its futuristic use cases. Despite a few issues that Ive had with the platform, it has still been incredibly helpful for me and for my business. Implementing the HIP has allowed me to benefit from new technologies without disrupting my current environment.

4 Having used WSO2s Hybrid Integration Platform, I can safely say that its customer service is subpar. In my experience, inquiries and concerns have been addressed in a feeble and unhelpful manner, making the process of dealing with the customer support team a tiring one. After consulting with their customer success team a few times, I can confidently say that their customer service is not up to my expectations, so I gave them a rating of two out of five stars. The cost of ownership associated with the WSO2s system is also quite disappointing. It is substantially more expensive than other options available in the marketplace and I felt that the package came with a lot more features than I needed. Given the cost, I feel that the value for money is not what it should be, so I gave the cost of ownership a rating of three out of five stars.

Cost of ownership rating: 2 The cost of ownership when using the WSO2 Hybrid Integration Platform can be quite high. After obtaining initial hardware, customers should expect to pay additional fees for support and maintenance, while also having to pay subscription fees to use the various services offered by the platform. Additionally, customers must factor in not only the cost of the initial hardware purchase, but also the cost of subsequent hardware/software upgrades. As a result, the WSO2 Hybrid Integration Platform might be a poor choice for customers looking for a cost-effective solution for their integration needs.

Not only was I immediately impressed with the platforms use of next-generation technologies, I found it filled with features tailored to suit my individual needs. Cost wise, the plans of WSO2 had a very favourable price point which gave me great value for money. This held true for all the plans and the features I got for the plans I subscribed to were indeed worth the money. The platform also offers customization so users can select the features they need most, which is great for a more tailored approach. Review #4 WSO2s Hybrid Integration Platform is one of the most reliable and cost-effective options for those looking for a tool to help them with their integration needs. I have been using the platform for a few months now and I must admit that I am pleased with its performance. For starters, I found the platforms support for Apache Synapse, ESB and TWI to be incredibly beneficial as I was able to quickly get my integration project off the ground. The platforms ready-to-use solutions and support for a wide range of products also enabled me to quickly tailor the platform to fit my needs. I did however have some minor complaints. The initial cost of ownership was a bit high, and I had some technical issues with the platforms performance. Although the issues were eventually resolved, it did take some time to resolve them. In conclusion, WSO2s Hybrid Integration Platform is an outstanding choice for businesses looking to save money while improving their integration capabilities. With its support for open-source and commercial products, ready-to-use solutions and service-oriented architecture makes it a great tool for integration needs. I would rate it 8/10.

I recently began using the WSO2 Hybrid Integration Platform (HIP) to implement interoperability into my business processes. I have been pleasantly surprised by the overall effect that it has had on my business and I am glad that I made the decision to invest in it. The HIP was especially useful for providing me with the ability to develop, deploy and monitor a wide range of connectors and APIs. This was incredibly beneficial as it helped to integrate data, applications, and services into an advanced digital transformation model. By using the HIP I have been able to facilitate many of my future use cases and have helped me prepare for any future challenges. In addition, the HIP is able to integrate new cloud applications into my existing on-premise application landscape and create common protocols for effective integration. This was especially helpful since I was not required to shift to a cloud-only computing platform in order to meet the needs of my business. That being said, there are still some drawbacks to using the HIP and I feel that the platform could be improved upon. The user interface is somewhat limited which can make it difficult to use. Additionally, some of its features are also not very intuitive and could be improved to be easier to use. Overall, I would rate the WSO2 HIP a 7/10 for its interoperability and futuristic use cases. It has helped me to quickly integrate my systems, databases, applications, services, and data. Implementing it has allowed me to effectively synchronize all my use cases and prepare for upcoming challenges.

2 WSO2s Hybrid Integration Platform has been a source of frustration for me. The customer service offered by the organisation has been sub par and at times inadequate. I felt that some of my queries and concerns were not addressed properly and I had to keep reaching out to the customer support team multiple times before I even got a response. This has caused undue stress and frustration due to the lack of responsiveness and knowledge when it comes to customer support. Based on my experience with customer service, I give them a rating of two out of five stars. The cost of ownership for WSO2s platform is on the higher side when compared to other providers in the market. While the package did come with additional features that I felt was not necessary and much more than I needed, it brings in limitations in terms of decoupling of parts and increases complexity. I gave the cost of ownership a rating of three out of five stars as there are better options available in the market.

Review #1 I recently came across WSO2s Hybrid Integration Platform, and I have to say, I was left pretty impressed. I had been looking for a platform that could help me with interoperability and integration across many different systems and processes, and WSO2 managed to provide me with a strong yet cost effective solution. I was first happy to see how the platform had a host of ready to use solutions that could easily be integrated into my current IT environment. It was also great that it supported a wide range of different open-source and commercial products and enabled working with service-oriented architecture. This was very beneficial as it enabled easier integration of my current business process and applications. On the other hand, I felt the platform could be difficult to use at times. Apart from having to rely on third-party consultants for deployment and support, there were also some minor technical issues related to the platforms performance. However, these were eventually resolved with time as I became more familiar with the platform. Overall, WSO2s Hybrid Integration Platform is a great option for interoperability and integration needs. While the cost of ownership might be a bit high and there might be some integration issues, its ready-to-use solutions and support for many different products make it a must-have for those who are looking for an effective yet cost-effective solution. I would rate it a 8/10.

I recently purchased WSO2s Hybrid Integration Platform (HIP) to help improve the interoperability of my business processes. Now, I have been able to successfully synchronize all my systems, databases, applications, services and data, leading to a great boost in the success of my business. I am glad that the HIP allowed me to be future-ready and its support to my progressive use cases has been impressive. Firstly, the HIP works as an intermediary between two different systems, creating common protocols for more efficient integration. Secondly, this also allows me to easily develop, deploy, and monitor a wide range of connectors and APIs, creating seamless connectivity. Finally, it enabled me to integrate all my data, services and applications into an advanced digital transformation model. The HIPs interoperability systems is incredibly powerful and has helped to synchronize numerous use cases for my business. One notable example was the HIPs ability to integrate new cloud applications into my existing on-premise application landscape with the help of service integration tools. This was especially helpful since I have never felt the need to switch to a cloud-only computing platform. However, there are still some shortcomings with the HIP that hold it back from being truly exceptional. The user interface of the platform is somewhat limited and hence difficult to use. Some of the features are also not intuitive enough and it can be challenging to understand their purpose. Additionally, I have also found the lack of real-time analytics and the need to update integration tools to the latest version occasionally to be a bit of a nuisance. Nonetheless, I am overall satisfied with the HIP and would rate it a 8/10. Implementing it helped me make my business operations more interoperable and future-ready. It is an excellent solution for improving process efficiency and digital transformation.

. Review #1 I recently used WSO2s Hybrid Integration Platform to integrate multiple applications and it was oodles of fun! To be honest, I found the platforms intuitive UI to be particularly useful and its drag-and-drop features made it a breeze to integrate the applications. I also loved that I didnt have to be a tech whiz to understand how to use the platform. However, I was a bit disappointed with the customer service. Despite reaching out to WSO2s customer service representatives, I found that their responses werent as timely and informative as I had hoped for. Luckily, the extensive set of resources and guides filled me in on the aspects I wasnt clear with. I would give WSO2s Hybrid Integration Platform a 4 out of 5 in terms of ease of use as it allowed me to easily integrate multiple applications using a visual designing platform. As for customer service, Id give it a 3 out of 5.

The features themselves were great. I particularly liked the microservices and API deployment capabilities which could help adapt to the changing technology landscape. There was also the ability to create service virtualization to enhance development. The platform also handled complex data integration capabilities very efficiently. Moreover, I was also was pleased that WSO2 was competent enough to offer consulting services for clients who wanted to make the most of the platform. The technical support was excellent and very responsive - having someone at hand to sort out any issues was a real blessing. Review #2 I recently decided to try WSO2s Hybrid Integration Platform and I am definitely glad I did. While the platform is mostly marketed as a tool for interoperability and integration, I found that it also worked as a great tool for developing new apps and services. I found it particularly useful that the platform was based on industry standards such as Apache Synapse, ESB and TWI and provided comprehensive support for Service-Oriented Architecture. These features enabled me to quickly and easily develop and maintain the new apps I was looking to create. Although I was mostly satisfied with WSO2, I did face some issues along the way. Specifically, I found the cost of ownership to be a bit high as I had to pay for enterprise support. I was also slightly displeased with the performance of the platform as it was missing a few features I was expecting from the platform. In conclusion, WSO2s Hybrid Integration Platform is an excellent option for integration needs, with comprehensive support for a variety of products and standards. Although the cost of ownership might be a bit high and it lacks a few features, it is certainly worth the investment for those looking for a reliable tool for interoperability and integration. I would rate it 7/10.

I am very curious about the latest technologies and what they offer, so it was great for me to acquaint myself with the newest technologies available. Price-wise, I was endeared by the quality I got for the price that I paid. WSO2s plans have very reasonable prices which gave me great value for money. Whats more, the platform allows for customization for different users so you get the features you need and dont pay for the ones you dont. The features of the platform were excellent. I found the microservices and API deployment very helpful in accelerating the development process. Additionally, data integration capabilities were competently handled, making complex tasks a breeze. Furthermore, the platform also offers consulting services, so I had the opportunity to gain insights and advice to make the most out of the platform. I was also pleased by the technical support - staff were friendly and quick to respond. In summary, I am satisfied with the WSO2 Hybrid Integration Platform. Thus, I give it a 9/10 when it comes to value for money and a 10/10 for innovation and use of next generation technology.

1 Ive had a few dealings with WSO2s Hybrid Integration Platform, and the customer service Ive received from the organization has been less than satisfactory. Perhaps the most comprehensive platform for wholistic integration and providing overall system visibility, the customer service is just not up to my expectations. Before making the final decision to purchase, I consulted several times with customer success team, and the responses were, to put simply, unhelpful. As a result, I gave the customer service a star rating of two out of five, because while they may be knowledgeable, they simply cant help you unless you already know what you need. The cost of ownership WSO2 provides is a bit pricier than other options available in the marketplace and my own experience has been that its not always worth the cost. The package came with more features than I needed and the experience felt a bit too heavy for what I needed, so I ended up not using a lot of them. I gave the cost of ownership a rating of three out of five stars, because its value for money—but a lot better options exist in the market.

Review #3 I recently decided to test out WSO2s Hybrid Integration Platform and I must say my experience has been mostly satisfactory. I wanted to find a platform that could help me with interoperability and integration issues and the platform seemed to fit my needs perfectly. First I wanted to see how seamlessly the platform integrated with my existing environment, and I was pleasantly surprised with the results. It had support for open-source and commercial products and managed to solve most of my interoperability and integration issues. That being said, I was also somewhat dissatisfied with the platform as it required an additional cost for enterprise supprt and had a few technical issues with performance. In addition, I had to rely on third-party consultants for deployment and support. Overall, WSO2s Hybrid Integration Platform proved to be an adequate resource for most of my needs. Its support for industry standards, open-source and commercial products; and readiness-to-use solutions makes it a worthwhile investment. I would rate it 6/10.

2 In my experience with evaluating WSO2s Hybrid Integration Platform offerings, the cost of ownership was a major disappointment. First and foremost, the solutions are quite expensive, running up a hefty price tag for both the initial setup and ongoing support. Furthermore, since the solutions require an experienced IT team to both implement and maintain, this further contributes to the high cost. For small to mid-sized businesses, WSO2s solutions are simply not an option given the cost. I would give the cost of ownership 2/5. Thankfully, WSO2s offerings come with excellent ease of use. The solutions themselves are easy to understand and WSO2 provides users with extensive documentation and support resources. Furthermore, the solutions are designed to run on either on-premise or cloud infrastructures further increasing the ease of use. Additionally, WSO2 promises faster development cycles so users can launch their projects in a timely manner. All in all, I give the ease of use a 4/5 rating.

Review #5 I recently used WSO2s Hybrid Integration Platform and I must say that Im quite satisfied with the result. The platform allowed me to understand how it worked with very little technical knowledge and I found the drag-and-drop designer user-friendly. Furthermore, their resources were a great help when I had a query. However, I wasnt really pleased with the customer service. Despite trying to reach out to their representatives, the response times were quite slow. This was pretty inconvenient and I had to figure out many of my questions on my own. In conclusion, Id rate WSO2s Hybrid Integration Platform 4 out of 5 for ease of use and 3 out of 5 for customer service.

After much debating, I decided to try out WSO2s Hybrid Integration Platform and Im glad I did. As a tech-savvy person, I was particularly impressed with the platforms use of next-generation technologies. The cost of the platform didnt strain the pocket either. All of the plans provided by WSO2 had very reasonable prices that gave me great value for money. I was also impressed with the platforms ability to let me customize what I needed, without having to pay for additional features I didnt require. The platforms microservices and API deployment capabilities gave me a huge leg up with my development process. Aside from this, I found the data integration capabilities of the WSO2 platform to be top-notch too. In addition to this, I was pleased to see I had access to consulting services in case I needed to get the most out of the platform. Even though WSO2 already provides an excellent platform, they didnt stop there. They provided excellent customer service, with a team of professionals just a call away to sort out any problems I faced. They were also highly responsive to my queries, so I had peace of mind that all my issues were taken care of. All in all, I could not be more pleased with WSO2s Hybrid Integration Platform. Therefore, I rate it a 9/10 when it comes to value for money and a 10/10 for overall innovation and use of next generation technology.

1 After evaluating WSO2s Hybrid Integration Platform offerings, the cost of ownership was a major downfall. The initial cost of implementation was very steep with additional costs for maintenance and support. Additionally, due to their highly specialized nature, these solutions require an experienced IT team for both implementation and maintenance, which can further drive up the cost. As a result, WSO2s offerings may be too costly for small and mid-sized businesses to afford. I would give the cost of ownership a rating of 2/5. On the other hand, the ease of use of WSO2s offerings is quite commendable. The solutions are quite intuitive and the company provides outstanding documentation and support resources to help users out. Additionally, the vendor promises faster development cycles, which can save a lot of time and money. WSO2 also allows users to run the solutions on either on-premise or cloud infrastructures giving users the flexibility to choose the solution that best fits their needs. All in all, I would give the ease of use a 4/5 rating.

3 When it comes to WSO2s Hybrid Integration Platform offerings, the cost of ownership was the biggest downside I observed. While the solutions come with a wealth of features, they are expensive both initially and in terms of ongoing support. Additionally, since these solutions require an experienced IT team to both implement and maintain, this further contributes to the high cost. Therefore, WSO2s solutions may not be the best choice for small and mid-sized businesses. I would give the cost of ownership 2/5. On the other hand, WSO2s offerings come with great ease of use. The solutions themselves are intuitive, and WSO2 provides a plethora of documentation and support resources for users. Furthermore, the solutions offer the flexibility to run both on-premise and on cloud infrastructures. Additionally, WSO2 promises faster development cycles meaning users can launch projects at a faster rate, which is an added bonus. Altogether, I would give the ease of use a 4/5 rating.

Cost of ownership rating: 3 The cost of ownership for WSO2s Hybrid Integration Platform can be quite high, and users should be aware that they must pay additional fees beyond the initial purchase of hardware. Customers should expect to pay for support and maintenance once they have obtained the hardware, while they will also need to pay subscription fees in order to access the various services offered by the platform. Additionally, any needed hardware/software upgrades can add even more to the overall cost of ownership.

Using the WSO2 Hybrid Integration Platform (HIP) has helped me to significantly improve the interoperability of my business. The level of value that this platform offers is impressive and the ability to develop, deploy and monitor numerous connectors and APIs has been a great addition to my business. HIP has makes my future use cases much easier to accomplish. With HIPs help, I have been able to integrate new cloud applications into my current on-premise application environment while also developing common protocols to make integration easier. This has been a real asset to me and my business. The user interface is also quite intuitive and easy to use. This made it easier to understand the features of the platform and allowed me to get the most out of HIP. I have also been able to generate real-time analytics which has been quite useful in helping me measure the effectiveness of the platform and make necessary changes when needed. However, there are still a few areas for improvement if the HIP were to be considered perfect. To start, some of the features are noticeably outdated and require an upgrade occasionally. Additionally, I had difficulty understanding the purpose of some of the features which could be made more intuitive. Overall, I would rate the HIP a 9/10. Despite a few cons, it still remains an incredibly powerful platform that has greatly improved the interoperability of my business. Implementing it was a spin-off for me and for my business as I have been able to prepare for many of my future use cases, quickly integrate my data, applications, and services, and develop common protocols.

Value for money rating: 2 The WSO2 Hybrid Integration Platform comes with many features and capabilities, but cost-wise, it may not be the best option for users seeking value for money. Since users are required to purchase the entire platform at a relatively high cost, the overall cost of ownership can become expensive due to the need for additional support and maintenance fees, as well as subscription costs for the various services offered by the platform. Additionally, customers may also have to pay for extra hardware in order to get the full benefit of the platform, further driving up costs.

Review-3: I recently had the opportunity to test out WSO2s Hybrid Integration Platform (HIP) and I have to say, Im impressed. The HIP is a powerful system designed to help businesses streamline their integrations and build composite applications with ease. HIP leverages the power of some of the latest open-source technologies available on the market, such as Apache Apex and Apache Storm, to give its users a robust and reliable platform for managing enterprise integrations. The platform also allows organizations to connect to legacy systems while relying on messaging, process orchestration, and more. In terms of ease of use, HIP is fairly straightforward to get to grips with. All things considered, Id give WSO2s HIP a rating of 8/10. It is a great platform that is both innovative and easy to use.

Review #5 I recently tried out WSO2s Hybrid Integration Platform and I have to say it is one of the best tools for integration I have ever used. I needed a platform that would enable me to easily integrate my existing applications and processes and WSO2 managed to provide me with the tools and features I required. First of all, the platform was able to provide me with out-of-the-box solutions that made it easier for me to quickly integrate existing applications and business processes. This allowed me to save time as I didnt have to manually integrate each step. It was also great that the platform allowed for service-oriented architecture. At the same time, there were some issues with the platform. Its cost of ownership was higher than some other platforms and I also faced some minor issues with performance. Although the issues were eventually resolved, they did take some time to fix. In summary, WSO2s Hybrid Integration Platform is a great option for businesses looking to easily and efficiently integrate their existing applications and processes. It is also cost-effective, with support for many different products, services and standards. Although there were some minor technical issues, the platform overall provided me with all the tools and features I required, and thus I would rate it an 8/10.

Value for money rating: 3 The WSO2 Hybrid Integration Platform has a lot of potential for businesses that wish to leverage cloud-native and on-premises integration capabilities. With plenty of features and support offered for countless protocols and data formats, you can easily create a full-stack hybrid integration solution for your company. However, customers should be aware that obtaining optimal value for money when using the WSO2 Hybrid Integration Platform can be difficult, since potential users are required to purchase the entire platform, which can become expensive due to the cost of integration, subscription and hardware needs. While it is possible to scale the platform, these additional costs can easily offset the cost savings you would receive from leveraging the Hybrid Integration Platform.

4 My assessment of WSO2s Hybrid Integration Platform offerings lefte me disappointed with the cost of ownership. The solutions are expensive, especially for the initial setup and ongoing maintenance/support. Additionally, the solutions are highly specialized nature meaning a specialized IT team is needed both for implementation and maintenance, further driving up the cost. Thus, WSO2 may not be the right choice for small and mid-sized businesses. I would give the cost of ownership 2/5. However, the ease of use of the solutions turned out very good. The solutions are quite straightforward and WSO2 provides extensive documentation and support resources. Furthermore, the solutions are designed to run on either on-premise or cloud infrastructures, giving users flexibility in their choice. WSO2 also promises faster development cycles making it easier for users to launch their projects quickly. All in all, I would give the ease of use a 4/5 rating.
