SOPHOS LTD in Industrial Control Systems Security Solutions

In February 2014, Sophos acquired Cyberoam, one of the leading providers of network security products. With this acquisition, Sophos expanded its network security products portfolio by combining Cyberoam’s UTM, NGFW, and network security expertise with Sophos’ existing network security solutions in UTM and wireless security.

Cyberoam’s network security appliances are available as UTM and NGFW-integrated security over a single platform for ICS and SCADA devices. These network security appliances protect devices from internal and external threats. Some of the security features of this platform include DPI firewall, Layer 8 identity-based security, IPS, application visibility and control, web application firewall, gateway antivirus/anti-spyware, VPN, and web filtering.
