Customers could use the software on either a pay-as-you-go or subscription basis. This flexibility allowed me to manage costs and continue to be part of the ever-evolving innovation ecosystem. While the auto-tagging feature can help with basic projects, more complex ones require manual input. This can take a lot of additional time. Review 4 Rating: 2.5/5 I recently tried out the Questel Innovation Management Software and came away unimpressed. While the platform is quite user friendly, the integration with ERP and CRM systems was incredibly unreliable in my experience. Additionally, the flexibility of the platform felt quite limited, with certain features feeling severely lacking, particularly when it came to project tracking and feedback tools. Questels Innovation Management software includes many robust features. The suite has modules for analytical insights, machine learning, data governance, and automation. I was especially impressed with the natural language processing capabilities of the automated patent search tool, which allowed me to quickly identify relevant research and other related materials. Questels Innovation Management Software 2 I recently subscribed to Questels Innovation Management Software, and Im dissatisfied with how it currently operates. While some could say the software contains next-generation technology, I felt it was much slower and clunkier than I had expected. I also found it to be quite confusing when I tried to use it, as the user interface was not intuitive and the navigation was difficult to find. All in all, I cant say Im satisfied with the software and will not be renewing my subscription. I give it a 1 out of 5 for its use of next generation technology.

The product has automated features to quickly bring in project requests from the field and share progress updates instantly with stakeholders. The cost of ownership is also quite pocket friendly. It is solely based on usage, which means I can make most of my budget and continue innovating. Speaking of cost, their customer support team is always available and willing to assist with my queries. The software seemed overly simplistic and behind the curve in terms of incorporating next-generation technologies. For what you get, its definitely an excellent value for money. The annual price is great and more than worth the comprehensive feature set. It also helps that the user interface is incredibly simple and user-friendly, allowing anybody to quickly get up and running. The only thing I think it could use is more modern and innovative features. This would make it even more powerful as a tool for managing ideas, projects, and research. Other than that, I think its an excellent product and would recommend it to anybody looking for a great innovation management system. I give it a rating of 8/10 for value for money, and 8/10 for overall innovation and use of next-generation technology.
