The product vision of the cloud-based solution is well-aligned with our companys customer service objectives and it offers extensive features such as incident and problem management, knowledge management, change management, asset tracking and discovery, enterprise service management, service request management, and more. The product proved quite cost effective and easy to use with its intuitive user interface. The end user experience was seamless and perceptible with the integration of relevant systems and service providers for our business. The supporting suite of services also proved to be quite helpful. In terms of customer service, the team at BMC Software Inc was very responsive and informative and provided us with all the tools and resources required to get the most out of our product. Overall I am very pleased with the cloud ITSM offering and would definitely recommend it to others.

- Rating: 3/5 I recently implemented BMC Software Incs cloud-based ITSM offering solution and although it provided us with some great features and a great user experience, I felt that the companys stability and maturity could have been better. The product overall was quite innovative and the features were intuitive and cost-effective. However, I found the customer service support to be lacking as compared to its competitors. The integration of relevant systems and service providers for our business delivered great value for the money but I feel that the support offered by BMC Software Inc was quite slow and lacking in quality. All in all, I believe that there is still work to be done from the companys end in order to ensure better customer service support and company stability and maturity.

The cloud based platform has been great in terms of product features and overall innovation, and the ease of use was great for us and our customers. The product fit well within our budget and was great value for money. The integration of various services proved to be incredibly useful in terms of providing a seamless user experience. In terms of customer service, the support offered by BMC Software Inc was prompt and informative. However, I felt that there were certain areas where they could have done better in terms of overall maturity and stability of the service. All in all, I would recommend this cloud-based ITSM offering as an ideal solution for customer service.
