'I recently had the chance to try out Slab's knowledge management software during a live trial at my engineering firm, and overall I found it to be quite promising. For starters, I was amazed at how well it integrated with other systems we already had in place. This made my job and the job of my staff so much easier as it didn't require us to learn a whole new system. We were even able to use the search functionality to quickly find any information we needed from our existing databases. Kudos to Slab for this impressive interoperability and integration! I was also particularly impressed with the level of customer service Slab offers. We had an issue with the trial setup and the technical support team was very responsive and helpful in finding a resolution. This really kept us from downing time and ensured that our trial of the knowledge management software continued smoothly. On the whole, Slab's knowledge management software provided a great way to simplify the task of organizing and managing our information. As a result, I give the software an 8 out of 10 in terms of functionality and user experience.'

'Slab's Knowledge Management Software - 1/5 I had a really bad experience with Slab's Knowledge Management Software. There have been continuous issues with its interoperability and integration leading to conflicting data, inconsistencies, lack of automation, and an overall huge time-sink for our small business. The customer service is worse, they don't respond to inquiries, and rarely investigate the cause of issues. We have had several unresolved complaints resulting in disruption of daily operations and a high opportunity cost.'

This can provide some familiarity upon first use, but quickly gets monotonous and unengaging. I also found the search capabilities to be slow and limited when trying to find specific information. Additionally, some of the dashboards and visuals were lacking clarity. I also found that the customer service team was knowledgeable and available, but lacked assertiveness when helping me troubleshoot issues. They seemed to be more interested in guiding me to a solution, than providing a resolution themselves. Overall, Slab's knowledge management software may be satisfactory for someone with a limited budget, but it lacks the features and capabilities that many other similar products offer.'

I also find the pricing model a little confusing. Most of the features come at an additional cost, so the whole I was trying to build ended up costing a little more than initially expected. But had it been a little faster and the pricing model astride from the features more clear, it would have been an even better experience.'
