As an Engineering Manager in a manufacturing unit of this scale, making sure that all our shipments are accurately tracked and routed to the right customer is of utmost importance for me. I must say that I'm overall quite impressed with the product vision of Endicia's software and its value for money. Where I thought the product really shines is on the features front. The ability to automate the entire product label printing process, from the creation of the labels to choosing the perfect paper to fit the job and reprinting as needed was a huge timesaver for me. Also, the integration with USPS shipping options provided us with an immediate boost in terms of cost savings and timely delivery. But there are still few areas where the product could come in handy.
