Dimension Data offered us a comprehensive and secure managed service platform that we could trust and rely on. Unfortunately, its been a little more challenging to use and navigate compared to other vendors. The cost of ownership is higher than expected and it didnt offer the level of interoperability and integration that we wanted. The customer service team has been slow to respond to our queries and the overall product has lacked in innovation. While it is a strong and dependable platform, Dimension Datas managed service offering doesnt provide enough value for money to be worth considering.

We recently engaged with Dimension Data and their managed service offering. Overall, the experience has been average while the platform provides a high level of interoperability and integration into our existing systems, the product features themselves have been somewhat limited. The cost of ownership is quite high, especially given the companys lack of innovativeness. Additionally, the customer service team could use a boost as their response times have been on the slower side. Were hoping for a better overall experience in the future, but for now, our mixed feelings about Dimension Data remain.

My experience with Dimension Datas managed service offering has been nothing short of disappointing. As a small business owner, I had hoped their platform would provide me with the much-needed stability and security that is essential for any online venture. Instead, I have found the cost of ownership to be quite high, the product components to be rigid and static, and the customer service team slow to respond and unhelpful. In fact, Im still waiting on an answer to an issue I raised several weeks ago. If your business has no intention of being on the cutting edge of technology then Dimension Data might be acceptable but otherwise, Id steer clear.
