In all honesty, I was totally blown away by the software’s functionality, intuitive user interface and overall service. Prodsmart’s MES software provided us with a more precise and real-time approach to overseeing our manufacturing resources in order to optimize our production and minimize any wasted time or resources.
Additionally, Prodsmart’s customer service was second-to-none. Their customer service reps were always responsive and helpful and cared about our success with their product. They proactively collaborated on resolving technical difficulties, implemented comprehensive training and answered all my questions promptly. 9/10 on the customer service front.
Apart from the above attributes, I was also thoroughly impressed by the level of innovation in Prodsmart's software. It utilized some cutting-edge user interface elements and the next-generation technology with the latest versions of Windows, iOS, and Android. This allowed their software to remain compatible with various devices and run seamlessly on each platform, providing our employees with ample flexibility in terms of usability.
However, I did have one small issue in terms of the software not completely recognizing our own custom product codes. It was a great decision since Prodsmart's MES software offerings have all the features I was looking for. The software makes planning, controlling and monitoring a much simpler and effective process. I have especially found its data-driven insights and reports useful, which are very informative and easy to understand.
What I've really been very pleased with are Prodsmart's futuristic use cases, which I have found to be incredibly powerful and helpful. The predictive algorithms have allowed us to preempt problems or inefficiencies before they occur. This has, in turn, led to significant increases in both efficiency and cost-savings. I’ve been quite impressed with the Prodsmart MES software. It's streamlined a lot of our manufacturing processes and made the operation much easier to manage. The software is user-friendly and can be easily learnt by even the most inexperienced of workers. The customer support team is also very friendly and informative, providing helpful assistance when needed. The only issue is that the customization options don't seem to be broad enough for a large multinational company like ours. But overall, the product is absolutely great and I’d highly recommend it. I would give the Prodsmart MES Software a 9/10.'

I am a Manufacturing Manager tasked with making sure our factory runs as efficiently and cost-effectively as possible. Prodsmart is an excellent solution that allows us to regulate and monitor the production process on a much higher level.
I first discovered Prodsmart's Manufacturing Execution System (MES) Software. Its features allow us to set detailed production plans, monitor our performance, define acceptance criteria, store materials in a logical manner, create preventive maintenance plans and alert us for failed/delayed orders. We can now make sure our costs stay under control and if necessary halt production.
The above features are immensely helpful but what has truly impressed me are the futuristic use cases Prodsmart provides. The software can increase productivity by up to 15%, even when we have new employees being trained. Furthermore, the software can decrease the cost of failed or defective products significantly. The cloud-based MES system can be easily accessible with any mobile device and the data-driven insights from Prodsmart unlock process optimization possibilities for management in real-time.
On top of that, the level of customer service provided by Prodsmart has been almost unbeatable. Whenever I get stuck and need help the support team is always ready to help or advise – from initial implementation to daily reviews.

I had high hopes when I first learned about Prodsmart Manufacturing Execution System (MES). Advertised as an MES for small businesses, I figured it would be the perfect fit for my shop. But, after using it, I have to give it a thumbs down. The interface is quite complex with overly cumbersome menus that confuse and scare away users. 'I have nothing but praise for the Prodsmart Manufacturing Execution System (MES) software. After careful investigation, I decided to implement this system in our manufacturing operations, and the results have been truly gratifying. The user-friendly and intuitive nature of the system meant that our close to 1000 employee base was able to quickly make use of it. The engineering department also did a great job in ensuring that the installation process was as smooth as possible.
With the help of the integrated reporting feature of Prodsmart MES, it has become easier for us to track the life cycle of an order from initiation to delivery. This has resulted in improved transparency and an enhanced ability to predict potential risks to the manufacturing process. The system's intuitive dashboard also allows us to accurately monitor the performance of the entire production line. Moreover, the cost of the software is quite affordable, and the cost savings resulting from its improved performance easily makes up for the installation cost.

This means that our production staff can avoid any unexpected costs, and our inventory will always remain in check.
Another great advantage of the MES Software has been in our production tracking. With the GPS based system of the system, all stages of any given production action can be tracked in real time, and more resourceful decisions can be made as a result. We can also easily track our production staff and measure their performance based on the data given. This has enabled us to boost our already improved productivity.
