. Review 1: Im a senior IT Infrastructure Manager, and I recently tried out Betterworks OKR software as part of a pilot project. The software itself is good, but it really set itself apart with the excellent after-sales service I received. The technical staff was friendly and knowledgeable and were able to guide me smoothly through setting up the software and help me customizing it to my teams exact needs. They would sometimes even walk me through certain tasks, which made everything easier for me. The software itself is robust and provides a great level of transparency for all members of my team. It tracks input from everyone and reports back with a single dashboard for me to monitor. Plus, it also has an intuitive user interface so our team instantly had no problem in navigating through the program. All in all, I was very pleased with Betterworks OKR software. Id definitely recommend it to those in the market looking for good OKR software because they are the real deal. 5/5.

Review 3 - Product Support: 7/10 When it comes to getting help with the software, the customer support team is quite helpful. They will respond quickly to most queries and are knowledgeable when it comes to how the software works. Theyre also good about providing tutorial videos, which makes it easy to learn how to use all the features. That said, the help-desk system can be a bit outdated at times. It often takes longer than expected to get a response, and the team can be slow to address any follow-up queries. That said, they do usually come through in the end. Ive been using the OKR software from Betterworks, and I must say, its fantastic. Our midmarket size company is able to quickly map out our goals and objectives, as well as track our progress towards them. Id have to give the tool five out of five stars. For starters, I really appreciate the templates included that help you get started quickly and easily. These are easily tweaked to fit our companys specific objectives, making it much easier for us to work effectively and efficiently. I also like that were able to collaborate in real-time among all of our departments, which helps keep everyone on the same page when it comes to our goals. The notifications are also a great touch. The software sends reminders when goals that have been set need to be worked on or achieved. This is great for allowing us to stay on top of everything and gives us a better chance for success. Additionally, the dashboard view helps us analyze our overall progress in a clear manner. We can review all of our long-term trends and, if necessary, course correct. This is all very helpful in propelling us towards our goals. The one area where I feel a bit let down is the user experience. The interface is a bit clunky and could use some improvements in terms of being more intuitive. Plus, there are a few minor bugs that can be a bit of a nuisance. In the end, I rate the OKR software offering from Betterworks five out of five stars. The collaboration tools and dashboard view work great, allowing us to stay organized, on the same page, and on track to meeting our objectives in a timely manner. The user experience needs a bit of work, but it hasnt been enough to take away from the overall usefulness of the software.

Betterworks OKR Software - Average Offerings I decided to partner with Betterworks earlier this year and their OKR Software is adequate but nothing more. The user interface is alright, but it could use more features for the user to customize their experience. The process automation is okay, but tasks like tracking progress and stakeholder updates are still done manually. The customer service is decent but can be slow at times when responding to HelpDesk requests. The training is okay but could use some more in-depth knowledge to really drive usage and adoption. I rate their Overall Innovation and Use of Next Generation Technology 3.2/5.0, and their Customer Service 3.7/5.0. Overall, Betterworks is a decent partner and the OKR Software is an okay choice but the competition out there has much better offerings.

The Customer Service team is great—they have been so helpful throughout the onboarding process and they check in with me frequently to ensure everything is running smoothly. My team has been very pleased with the comprehensive product vision, which allows us to manage our goals and objectives easily. The Product features are truly superb as well, especially the Performance Review Module and the Goal Management system. These features allow us to track our teams activities and overall increases productivity. I would rate the Product features with a 5 stars. I am also happy with the Fair Performance system that Betterworks employs. It helps keep the staff updated on their progress, which has had an overwhelmingly positive effect on morale and collaboration. This, in turn, has allowed me to execute my desired objectives for the company, for which I give a 5 star rating. One area I think could use some improvement is the Availability Performance capability. There have been some issues with data access when updates are needed, and more options should be provided to make the process smoother. I would rate this component with a 3 stars. In conclusion, I am more than satisfied with my experience with the OKR Software from Betterworks. The primary downside weve encountered has to do with its interoperability and integration across different systems. While the program does have powerful merging capabilities, it hasnt been very reliable in terms of getting our internal data accurately connected to each other. This has necessitated a good deal of manual troubleshooting, which has taken away from the projects productivity. Ive been using the OKR software from Betterworks and Im giving it four out of five stars. Its a great tool for our midmarket size company as it allows us to map out descriptions of our objectives and goals simply, clearly, and in a timely manner. First and foremost, it helps unify our company goals by giving all departments and individuals the same framework to work within. I really appreciate that there are templates included that help you get started quickly. Theyre easy to tweak and customize to fit our specific needs and objectives. Plus, its much easier to track and evaluate our progress compared to more traditional methods. The software also helps keep our team on track and on the same page. When everyone has the same set of objectives and can collaborate in real time, it greatly increases productivity. The notifications are also great as they send reminders when goals that have been set need to be worked on or met. This is definitely a nice touch! Furthermore, the dashboard view is great when it comes to analyzing progress. It allows us to review long-term trends and course correct where needed, based off what we see. The only part Id like to see improved is the user experience. For example, the interface isnt as intuitive as Id like and takes some getting used to. It also has a few minor bugs that can be a bit annoying. In conclusion, the software from Betterworks is great for our midmarket size company and its OKR software offering is an incredibly useful tool. The templates, real-time collaboration tools, and the dashboard view are great assets that helps us stay on track to meeting our objectives in a timely manner. Betterworks OKR Software - Average at Best I have recently become a partner with Betterworks and I must say that I am not impressed with their OKR Software. The user interface is outdated and the process automation is somewhat limited in nature. The customer service is decent but could be improved. The technical support team is helpful but wait times are often inconsistent and there is no pro-active customer support on their part. The training programs are good to support the product, but are not enough to make up for its shortcomings. I rate their Overall Innovation and Use of Next Generation Technology 3.0/5.0, and their Customer Service 3.5/5.0. Overall, I would not recommend Betterworks OKR Software to anyone.

My experience has not been an ideal one because of their value for money and their lack of innovation in terms of their use of next generation technology. I rate the company 1/5 on value for money and 2/5 on overall innovation and use of next generation technology. To start with, their pricing is quite excessive. Their basic plan starts at around 500 dollars a month, which is much higher than their competitors. This is too expensive, especially when taking into account the limited features their software provides. On top of that, the software does not have the capacity for further customization. We found ourselves stuck in multiple occasions and with the lack of customer service reps that were willing to help us out, it made our situation even worse. And their use of next generation technology is lacking. Their software depends on manual labour for most tasks, which is highly inefficient. Meanwhile, their competitors have implemented robotic process automation and other advanced technologies, providing us with a much better experience. To conclude, my experience with Better Works has been incredibly dissatisfying. Unless they dramatically improve on their value for money, features and technology, I will not be able to recommend this product to any of my friends or colleagues.

Scaling up usage is also quite easy with the softwares extensive license options. Moreover, the additional features such as automatic updates and alerts make this software even more appealing. However, better pre-built templates are needed as the ones that are currently available are not that great. Additionally, the lack of a mobile app still remains a problem as many of our employees cannot access the software when needed because of this. This makes Betterworks lag behind some of the other OKR software competitors. Considering this, I believe that the company should create a mobile app and further customize the current templates to make the software more future-ready. Their software relies heavily on manual labour, which of course isnt the most efficient way to go about the task. The competitors we looked at provided automated and more accurate solutions than Better Works. All in all, my experience with Better Works has been quite poor. Unless they drastically improve their features, customer service and overall technology, I wouldnt recommend anybody to subscribe to their software.

The cost of ownership for this software has been quite reasonable, which is definitely a plus. It has been easy to scale up usage at our organization with the softwares expansive license options which is great. The user dashboard is quite intuitive and easy to use, and the customization settings are wide-ranging. Overall, the features provided by Betterworks including the automatic updates and alerts make this software the right choice for us due to the upfront cost. However, the software could come with some pre-built templates that are better than what is currently provided. Plus, there is no mobile app yet, so many of our employees cant access the software easily on-the-go. Betterworks should work on creating a mobile app and customizing the current templates to make the software more align with todays expectations. With that being said, I still highly recommend this software to my colleagues due to its cost-effectiveness and reliability.

Our midmarket size company has been able to utilize the templates provided to map out our goals and objectives, track our progress, and collaborate in real-time among all of our departments. The templates included are especially useful as they make it really easy to get started quickly and easily. Theyre also easily updatable to fit our companys specific objectives. I also enjoy the notifications that the software sends to remind us of our progress, helping to keep us on track even during hectic times. Furthermore, the dashboard view gives us a great overview of our overall progress. Of course, we can easily course correct where needed based off what the dashboard tells us. This greatly helps us to propel forward in meeting our objectives. On the downside, I find the user experience to be lacking a bit. The interface can be a bit clunky and unintuitive, which makes it difficult to use. Plus, there are a few bugs that can be a bit pesky. All in all, I would rate the OKR software offering from Betterworks a three out of five stars. Its great for our midmarket size company in terms of unifying company goals and organizing objectives, but its user experience could use some work in order to make the tool more enjoyable to use.

This review is about Better Workss OKR software offerings and I believe that the company is sorely lacking in value for money and innovation. Due to this, I would rate them 1/5 for value for money and 2/5 for overall innovation and use of next generation technology. Firstly, their software is incredibly expensive, with their basic plan starting from 500 dollars a month. This is far too expensive for the features it provides, especially when there are other software on the market which are more affordable and functional. Secondly, their software is not as user friendly as their competitors. We found their feature set to be quite limited and inflexible. The lack of customization options made it difficult to make changes and once again, it involved having to call customer service reps to help us out, which werent very helpful. In terms of technology, Better Works is certainly lacking. Their software makes extensive use of manual labour, which was both inefficient and inaccurate. Whats worse is that their competitors were able to provide us with automated processes and functions, which were much better suited for our needs. Overall, this has been a negative experience with Better Works. I believe I cannot recommend the software to anyone until some substantial improvements are made in regards to value for money and innovation.

The Customer Service team is absolutely phenomenal—they were so helpful throughout the onboarding process and they continue to check in with me to make sure everything is going well. My staff has been pleased with the product vision, which is user-friendly and effective in guiding our progress. The Product Features are also superb, from the Performance Review Module which streamlines the whole process to the Goal Management system that allows us to track our teams progress. I have experienced an increase in performance and collaboration since implementing the software and I rate the Product Features with a solid 5 stars. I am also very happy with the Fair Performance system which Betterworks utilizes. It helps keep employees informed of their progress, which has contributed to a stronger team attitude and higher overall efficiency. This has allowed me to meet ideal goals and objectives for the company, which I rate with a 5 stars as well. One area that could use improvement is the Availability Performance component. There have been some challenges with regards to data accessing when updates are needed, which can become somewhat of an issue. I would rate this component with a 3 stars. In conclusion, I am extremely satisfied with my experience so far with OKR Software from Betterworks, and I recommend it to any engineering manager looking to increase their teams performance and collaborate more productively. The Product Features are quite impressive as well, and I have been especially happy with the Performance Review Module and the Goal management system. The Fair Performance feature is also very useful in helping us measure the progress of our staff. Since using the software, there has been a great boost in morale and a stronger team attitude. For this reason, I rate this with a 5 stars. One area that I feel could use improvement is the Availability Performance component. I have experienced some issues with data access when updates are needed, and more options could be provided to allow for more seamless data access. I would rate this area with a 3 stars. We were stuck within the confines of the software and had to call the customer service reps for help. Unfortunately, we found their representatives to be uncooperative and even rude at times. The fact that Better Works is using outdated technology also made me think twice before subscribing. Their software relies heavily on manual work, which is obviously inefficient and time consuming. Most of their competitors have gone beyond this and have automated the process, making it more accurate and consistent. All in all, I feel like Better Works is behind the times. Their features, customer service and technology are lagging behind those of their competitors. Furthermore, they provided frequent updates to help track the overall progress. The after sales support, however, wasnt as great. They are quick to respond to customer queries, but their knowledge base isnt comprehensive. Furthermore, they could be more attentive while dealing with urgent issues. I recently utilized the OKR Software from Betterworks and I am delighted with my decision to do so. The Customer Service team has been absolutely splendid and have been available to answer any questions or concerns quickly and efficiently. The product vision is rather impressive and allows us to easily track progress, objectives, and goals. The Product Features are top notch, especially the Performance Review Module and the Goal management system. My staff has increased productivity as well as efficiency since implementing the software and I rate the Product Features with a 5 stars. The Fair Performance system, which Betterworks utilizes, is also quite remarkable. It helps keep employees up-to-date on their tracking, which has improved team morale and inspired a stronger team attitude. Because of this, I have been able to meet my objectives and goals, and I rate this with a 5 stars as well. The only area I could suggest improving is the Availability Performance feature. There have been a few issues with regards to data access when updates are needed, and this can occasionally hinder progress. I would rate this component with a 3 stars. All in all, I am extremely happy with my experience with the OKR Software from Betterworks, and I would highly recommend it to any Engineering Manager looking to increase performance and collaboration from their team. I would rate this product with a 4 stars.

This review is on Better Workss OKR software offering. I have had a poor overall experience from both a value for money and a innovation perspective, to which I would rate two of two stars. For starters, the pricing of the software is outrageous. The basic plan starts at about 500 dollars a month, making it unaffordable for startup companies or entrepreneurs. Especially considering the fact that there are other, more cost-effective options out there. Their feature set, although somewhat sufficient, does not make up for the lack of customization options. We found ourselves stuck in some cases, unable to make the necessary changes, without having to contact customer support. And the customer support was, at the very least, unhelpful. When it comes to their use of next generation technology, they fall short, unfortunately. Their solution depends mostly on manual labour, which defeats the purpose of having an advanced software that should free up time and provide accurate results. The competitors we looked at showed commitment to developing their software, introducing advanced features and automation. This was an area where Better Works was lacking. I have been less than impressed with the software provided by Better Works and the team behind it. My opinion is that unless drastic improvements are made in terms of value for money, features and technology, I cannot recommend the software to anyone.

Betterworks OKR Software - Not Impressed I recently became a partner with Betterworks and I must say I am disappointed with their OKR Software. Although it does offer some good features, it does not live up to my expectations. The user interface is quite outdated and lacks the finesse of other solutions out there. Also, the process automation limited to some extent and a lot of manual work still needs to be done. The customer service is not bad but I have interacted with much better when compared to their competitors. The technical support team is helpful but wait times are often inconsistent and the wait can be very long at times. The training programs are good but they are not enough to make up for the shortcomings in the software. I rate their Overall Innovation and Use of Next Generation Technology 2.5/5.0, and their Customer Service 3.8/5.0. Overall, I would not recommend Betterworks OKR Software to any partner.
