On top of that, it is very easy to scale up or down depending on ones changing requirements. Im a consultant and OKR specialist. After years of trial and error, Ive found Fingertips solution to be one of the most comprehensive, robust and user friendly out there. Its quickly become my go-to platform for my clients OKR needs. Heres what I like and dont like about Fingertips OKR solution. First, the customer service. Ive been very impressed with how responsive Fingertips customer service team has been when Ive had any questions or requests. Theyre quick to respond, and they take time to thoroughly answer my inquiries. Theyve got my satisfaction rating sitting at 4.5/5. Second, the cost of ownership. When compared to other OKR solutions the price tag here is on the higher side but you really do get what you pay for. Their comprehensive suite of features has been able to save my clients a ton of time and money, which is really what matters in the end. Cost of ownership score here is 4/5. Third, the analytics and reporting. Fingertips reporting capabilities are extremely comprehensive. You get up to minute data on your dashboards and can drill down into more granular metrics. Im confident my clients are getting the insights they need with this layer of reporting. Analytics and reporting rating = 5/5. Fourth, the collaborative features. Fingertip goes out of its way to make collaboration easy. From real time updates and notifications to secure discussion spaces, setting up collaborations between parties is a snap. I love being able to set up this level of collaboration. Collaboration rating = 4.5/5. Finally, the mobile experience. Fingertip provides a mobile native experience, as most solutions do. Its super convenient to get real time updates on the go. While the usability isnt the best, it still gets the job done. Mobile experience rating = 3.5/5. Overall, Im really impressed with Fingertips OKR solution. Sure, there are a few areas where improvement is needed, but the comprehensive nature of the solution more than make up for that. Its my go-to platform as a consultant and subject matter expert in the OKR world. Overall rating = 4.5/5.

With that said, there are areas where they can make some improvements. Heres what I think. First, the customer service. Ive dealt with the customer service team at Fingertip quite a bit, and theyve done an admirable job. Always quick to answer and willing to take the time to thoroughly explain complex concepts. Satisfaction rate here at 4.5/5. Second, the cost of ownership. Justified by the features, though initially I was a bit taken aback by the price tag. However, Ive found that the time and money savings are more than sufficient. Cost of ownership rating = 4/5. Third, the analytics and reporting. Really comprehensive and systematic reports make it easy to get the insights you need. Im happy by what my clients are taking advantage of here. Analytics and reporting rating = 4.5/5. Fourth, the collaborative features. Fingertip makes collaboration fairly easy; setting up collaborations between parties is straightforward. Love being able to do this. Collaboration rating = 4/5. Finally, the mobile experience. Easy to get real time updates on the go, but usability could definitely be improved. Mobile experience rating = 3.5/5. Overall, Im really impressed with Fingertips OKR solution. Its comprehensive and user friendly, and they continue to make improvements. Its my go to platform, and I highly recommend it. As an old European man, I find Fingertips OKR software offerings to be quite reliable. The user interface is simple and straightforward enough for even me to understand. Setting up objectives, key results and reviews is easy enough given the drag and drop interface. Whats even better, I can track the progress of my team, create documentation for goals and objectives, prioritize tasks and all this so easily. Its also great how Fingertip integrates with major programs like Microsoft and Slack, making the whole process effortless. I would rate the usability and user experience of Fingertips OKR software 8/10. The only thing I find slightly challenging is the lack of advanced features that some of the other comparable software offer. The interoperability and integration of Fingertips OKR software with other major programs, as previously mentioned, are quite good and seamless. Managing bulk users/teams and organizational hierarchy also works well. I can also track performance and assign tasks between teams, which is something I find really useful and a great time-saver. Overall, I would rate the interoperability and integration of Fingertips OKR software 8.5/10. The only thing they could improve on in this area would be to add a few more advanced features. To sum it up, I think Fingertips OKR software offers a great user experience, with a good interoperability and integration side of things. The rating I would give it overall is 8.3/10.

I have to admit that as an old European man, I find Fingertips OKR software offerings quite impressive. Setting up objectives, key results and reviews is very intuitive, and its also great that I can track the progress of my team and create documentation for goals and objectives. And, of course, the interoperability and integration with a number of major programs is extremely helpful. I would rate the usability and user experience of Fingertips OKR software 7.5/10. My only gripe is that some more advanced features in this area would be of great help. The interoperability and integration of Fingertips OKR software is really great. I have no trouble managing bulk users/teams, as well as setting up organizational hierarchy. In addition to this, tracking performance and assigning tasks between teams is very helpful too. Overall, I would rate the interoperability and integration of Fingertips OKR software 8.5/10. Were it not for the lack of advanced features, I would give this aspect an even higher rating. To draw a conclusion, I think Fingertips OKR software offers a great user experience, with a good interoperability and integration side of things. While there is room for improvement, I find it to be quite reliable and I would give it a 8/10.

My experience using Fingertips OKR solution has been largely positive in the time Ive been using it. Heres what I think of it and what Im impressed by. First, the customer service. Ive had to ask my fair share of questions over the time Ive used Fingertips OKR solution, and the customer service team hasnt let me down. Theyre incredibly friendly, knowledgeable and always willing to help. Customer service rating = 5/5. Second, the cost of ownership. Although the price is a tad steep, the comprehensive suite of features included more than makes up for this. Time and money savings have been considerable, so its money well spent. Cost of ownership rating = 5/5. Third, the analytics and reporting. Comprehensive reporting on your dashboards makes it easy to get the data you need to inform decisions. Im confident my clients are taking advantage of this layer of reporting. Analytics and reporting rating = 4.5/5. Fourth, the collaborative features. Fingertip makes collaboration and communication between parties accessible and efficient. Real time updates and notifications are great, and they make collaboration smoother. Collaboration rating = 4.5/5. Finally, the mobile experience. The mobile native experience is good here, though it could use some improvement in terms of usability. That said, it still gets the job done. Mobile experience rating = 3/5. Overall, Im quite pleased with Fingertips OKR platform. Its one of the most comprehensive, robust and user friendly solutions on the market and has worked for most of my clients. Overall rating =4.5/5.

Its also great how Fingertip integrates with leading programs like Microsoft and Slack, making the whole process that much easier. As far as ease of use and user experience goes, I would rate Fingertips OKR software 8/10. The only issue I have is that some more advanced features would be great. Furthermore, the interoperability and integration of Fingertips software is excellent. Managing bulk users and teams, setting up organizational hierarchy, and tracking performance are all possible with this product. In addition to this, the ability to assign tasks between teams is really helpful and time saving. Therefore, the interoperability and integration of Fingertips OKR software receives a rating of 8.5/10 from me. The only thing lacking from this aspect is some more advanced features.
