Review 5 I recently decided to give Mooncamp a try, and so far Im quite happy with the results. The platform offers a great set of features, making objective and key result tracking a breeze. The interface is incredibly intuitive, which I think is especially important, and the use of next-generation technologies is quite impressive. The level of innovation here is definitely something that sets it apart from many other solutions on the market. In terms of value for money, I would give it 4/5 stars. MoonCamps OKR Software Review #2 I recently purchased MoonCamps OKR software and have been beyond happy with the outcome. From an investment standpoint, the software is perfect for small businesses as it is reasonably priced and the yearly subscription is not too pricey. I love having the ability to track progress without stretching it too thin all thanks to MoonCamps goal setting criteria and key results for each visualized progress tracking. Im particularly enamored by the emphasis on futuristic use cases—MoonCamp OKR software supports artificial intelligence, machine learning, and automation, which are not often associated with daily operations, but are incredibly helpful in taking a business to the next level. Overall, MoonCamp has been great for my business and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a quality and cost-effective OKR software. I would rate it a solid 4.5/5 stars and look forward to utilizing the product more in the future!

5. As a VP of Midmarket company, Mooncamps OKR Software offering has been instrumental in helping us set and track team and individual objectives and keys results. The platform itself is intuitive and easy to use, allowing for easy collaboration between teams and departments. But, unfortunately, I feel like the customer service has been subpar. Ive had issues with it and had to rely on the customer service team to help, which could take hours to a day before they respond and provide assistance. Okr.Mooncamp Product review #2 My team and I had been using several different tools to record our OKRs until we found Okr.Mooncamp. We were instantly impressed by the products sleek design, intuitive workflow and simple setup. The interface is incredibly user friendly and we had no trouble onboarding to the system. We love their drag-and-drop setup which makes goal setting almost effortless. Having all our team and company objectives in one convenient spot is amazing! In addition, the cloud-based platform ensures that no matter where my team is located, I can quickly review progress reports and make necessary changes on the fly. However, I think theres still room for improvement in Okr.Mooncamp. Some of their features are a bit hard to understand and the help center could provide more detailed instruction. The customer service team has been very helpful which is a great plus but its still tricky to get the most out of the product at times. All in all, Okr.Mooncamp has been a huge success for my team. Its made our job of tracking progress against our objectives so much easier. Rating: 8/10

My team and I have been struggling through MOONCAMPs OKR Software for quite some time now. The user-interface doesnt mesh well with our work environment, being confusing and complex to use. Furthermore, it doesnt provide the necessary features to make its cost of ownership worth it. And to top it off, we havent been able to get any help from the customer service, leaving us in the lurch. Taking all these factors into consideration, I can only rate MOONCAMPs OKR Software 1 out of 5.

We have been using the moonshot Visual Framework for goal setting and tracking its progress, which has been quite helpful so far. The customer service has also been stellar in its support and the responsiveness. But I do feel that their innovation can go a bit further with the incorporation of some of the latest technology, in particular, AI and ML. This could help to elevates the current user experience and enable users to get more value from the Platform. I have to admit, Im pretty impressed with Mooncamps OKR software. The dashboard is highly intuitive and user-friendly, which has made it easier for my team to set goals and track progress accordingly. Plus, their product vision is spot on and the customer service is top-notch. The only issue Id point out is the cost of ownership. It definitely looks appealing upfront, but if you want to take full advantage of the features, you may have to shell out a bit more later on. The cost of ownership is much higher than anticipated, which increases the costs of maintaining an efficient tracking system and the analytics feature. Moreover, the user experience is poor. The user interface is slow and clunky, making it difficult to use and navigate, and the setup process is quite time consuming and confusing. Additionally, it makes it difficult to integrate with other software tools, resulting in a lack of reporting features. The customer service also leaves much to be desired. Even with our limited amount of training, our team was able to navigate the software and get up and running quickly. Additionally, there are many helpful guides and resources that can aid our staff if they run into any issues. The Tracking features were especially helpful for me, as I am able to track the progress of our OKRs and have insights into how employees are working towards fulfilling said goals. It also helps me to better understand what initiatives are working, and which are not. The insights and analytics generated by the software make it easy to report back to our upper management, and we really appreciate the focus thats given to accuracy of the data points. Its been quite the valuable tool for our team in understanding what the current state of affairs are in our company. Time has been an important factor in managing our OKRs, and this software has saved us so much of it. It eliminates much of our manual record keeping, and allows us to automatically aggregate and deduce cross-departmental data faster and with more accuracy than we were before. Overall, I am absolutely satisfied with our decision to implement MOONCAMPs OKR Software. Its cost of ownership fits our budget, is easy to use and navigate, give us the insights and tracking that we need to stay on top of our objectives and allows us to gain a better understanding of our business operations. I chose it mainly because it is easy to use and navigate, so I can quickly set up and adjust my teams OKRs as we progress. The platform is user-friendly and intuitive and it only took me a few minutes to setup my teams first goals. I can keep adding objectives and key results to ensure that everyone in the team is on the same page. The platform also provides different levels of access, allowing me as an admin to set up and assign tasks to my staff. We also have different metrics to assess our progress, making it easy to accurately track the impact of our efforts. The support team is also very helpful and they answered all of my questions quickly and efficiently - from the basics to the more complex queries I had. In terms of usability, I felt the layout was quite convoluted, making it difficult to find the necessary functions. My team has been using Mooncamps OKR software extensively over the past year and its been an invaluable tool in our goal tracking process. It has been incredibly convenient for tracking progress and managing resources based on objectives set in advance. The software is incredibly easy to use and provides powerful analytics for measuring whats working and what isnt. It also allows us to break projects down into small, manageable chunks. Being able to assign owners for each task encourages everyone in the team to stay focused and accountable for the progress. Im also very impressed with the softwares futuristic capabilities like automated goal setting, performance dashboards and its ability to capture employee feedback from different sources. With its well-crafted user interfaces, it has also been easy to use across different organizational levels. However, the support services are not as robust as they should be, and we have been unable to access the help desk in a timely manner when needed. Mooncamp made some grand promises about how this software would help our business but it hasnt delivered. Theres no real sense of reliability either, as our key results often get abruptly deleted and Im rarely alerted to this. Mooncamps customer service team is also unresponsive and rarely helpful when I ask them to assist with any issues. The mobile app is another big disappointment. It is slow and clunky and it frequently crashes or malfunctions. On top of that, Mooncamps team standings feature is faulty and inaccurate. The product also fails to link up with other software, which is an inconvenience and makes it difficult to process the data effectively. The setup process was relatively simple and straightforward without too much technical know-how needed. I love that it caters to all our teams goal setting, documentation and progress tracking needs with a sleek dashboard and visuals. The customer support staff at MOONCAMP responded to our queries in a timely manner, even though most of the solutions were already available in the support library. With their help, we managed to configure our different team hierarchies, check-ins and quarterly reviews with relative ease. The automation capabilities are especially useful for managing important tasks and keeping everyone on the same page. All in all, Im quite pleased with our purchase of the OKR Software. Review 2 Ive been using Mooncamps OKR Software for a few weeks now and overall, Im content with it. It can be used to easily set objectives and set achievable key results. Moreover, the visuals are helpful in being able to track how successful youre being with your projects. While I appreciate that it sends notifications when something is due, potentially allowing you to stay on top of goals, the notifications are sometimes too frequent, sometimes multiple a day, making the experience a bit intrusive. One thing I really appreciate about Mooncamps OKR Software is that its quite reliable. For example, if I set certain criteria for a certain task, it makes sure that it notifies me about the progress that Im making and I am able to easily identify any potential problems before they become a major issue. I also have been impressed with the analytics provided, which can be used to measure and analyze the performance of the team and of the project as a whole. All things considered, I would rate Mooncamps OKR Software 3.75 stars out of 5. It gets the job done, but it has room for improvement in a few areas.

The product lacked the innovation I was expecting and the use of next generation technology was inadequate. The mobile app is particularly troublesome; its slow and frequently malfunctions, and the team standings feature is limited and at times inaccurate. Overall, Im giving Mooncamps OKR Software offering a rating of 2 out of 5 due to its unreliable software, feature limitations, poor customer service and general unreliability.

5 I am beyond pleased with Mooncamps OKR Software offering and I find it hard to believe that we ever managed without it. Our Information Technology departments were better organized and efficient after adopting the software. The software was incredibly user friendly. We had very little difficulty getting it set up and using the features. On top of that, the customizability of certain features allowed us to make sure that the software adapted to our specific objectives. The customer service from Mooncamp was also a real plus. We had a few enquiries with regards to the software and their team was more than happy to answer our questions in a timely and friendly manner. Overall, Id give Mooncamps OKR Software offering 4.8/5 stars. The software was easy to use, intuitive and packed with all the essential features needed to accurately map our technology objectives.

The product is very user friendly and allows me to quickly and accurately set goals, track progress and analyze key performance indicators.
