The main pro of the onboarding solution is definitely the price. BambooHRs basic package is pretty affordable and provides all the features we need to manage employee information securely. Also, there is no need to pay extra for support, which saved us some money. The downside is that the onboarding process could be improved in terms of ease of use. The layout of BambooHR is not as intuitive as other onboarding software solutions and navigation issues can create some barriers. However, the tutorials do help alleviate some of these issues.
