Customer Service: 2/5 Stars Another issue that I encountered while using Ease, Incs Onboarding Software was their customer service. I have had to contact them on several occasions, and each time the response has been incredibly slow. I understand that this may be a busy time for them, but emails were still being sent days after I had submitted the query. This means that it took longer to fix a problem, which put me further behind.

Review 2: I recently started using Ease Incs onboarding software and while the features are quite impressive, I must admit that the learning curve is quite steep and difficult to overcome. Ive had quite a few issues while learning and installing the software and while I was able to rely on their customer service, I did find it to be hard to understand at times. Understandably so, as English wasnt the customer service reps first language. However, I was ultimately able to complete the installation process and access the benefits of the software. In terms of ease of use, the software is quite difficult for a beginner not familiar with technology to use. Hence, I would rate this software a 3.5 (out of 5 stars).

## The other thing that impressed me about EASE, Inc.s onboarding software is the level of interoperability and integration with existing systems. The software seamlessly integrates with HR and payroll platforms, as well as other third-party applications such as background check services. This made it incredibly easy to set up, and allowed us to view comprehensive reports on our new hires in real-time. That being said, I would still give the software 4 stars for its interoperability and integration with existing systems. It was very good, but I would like to see more options for deeper integration with our existing systems.

The customer service representatives are not knowledgeable and could not answer simple questions. Additionally, all the requests to modify the product features that we put in were completely ignored. The product vision also did not reflect the actual features of the software. Review 1 - I recently purchased Ease, Incs onboarding software for my company after researching a few different options. I was really attracted to the product vision and customer service which seemed perfect for our small business. After using the software for a few weeks, I have noticed a few serious issues with the customer service and product features which has made the product a source of frustration instead of a source of ease. In terms of customer service, I have been incredibly disappointed. My customer service representative was not knowledgeable about the product and could not answer basic questions I had. Additionally, our requests for changes to the product have not been taken into account. We requested an important feature be included which would have been a huge benefit to our employees and customers, however, this request was ignored. Furthermore, I think the product vision displayed on the website was very misleading. It was not at all consistent with the product features. For example, the product was advertised as being user friendly, however in practice I have found the user interface to be incredibly confusing and difficult to navigate. All throughout my experience, I have been nothing but disappointed with Ease, Inc. Onboarding Software and I do not recommend it at all. I would give it a rating of 2/5.

The onboarding packets were created in minutes and our HR team were able to provide a comprehensive welcome packet to every new colleague with ease. However, I feel mislead and completely unsatisfied with my purchase. I think overall their customer service team could use some improvements. It was very difficult reaching someone when I had questions and my account manager was not very knowledgeable on the system and its features. He was not even aware of any updates that had been added. Additionally, they have not taken into consideration our requests for features adjustments. We requested something that would have been beneficial to our customers and employer, but our request was completely ignored. I dont think the company really cares about their customers success using the software. The product vision was not reliable either. It was advertised as being user friendly, but it was actually incredibly difficult to use, making the whole onboarding process for us very convoluted. I recently had to look for onboarding software for my company, and after much searching and skepticism, I eventually stumbled upon Ease, Inc. What really impressed me was the customer service. When I called them and introduced myself, they already had a complete understanding of what I needed and proceeded to answer all my questions within minutes. The guy I spoke to wasnt trying to push a sale but was instead focused on what I needed. His friendliness and knowledge of the product sold it to me. Value for money is perhaps the biggest outperformer. After an initial payment, all their services are totally scalable and I can upgrade my package with no additional costs — if and when I feel necessary. The features it offered were worth the money and they are always upgrading their services. The software has been nothing but brilliant since its implementation in my company. Onboarding packets and files are being shared with ease and everything has become much easier! This technology has completely automated and streamlined our onboarding procedures. Overall, I had an amazing experience with Ease, Inc. Their customer service was highly knowledgeable and friendly, and the value for money was spot on. I would rate them 10 out of 10 for customer service and value for money. Highly recommended.

I am always skeptical when it comes to onboarding software, considering the amount of money which this technology requires. I almost decided against trying Ease, Inc.s Onboarding Software however the customer service made a great impression on me. The manner of bookkeeping and customer service was exceptional. Everything felt legitimate and the customer service rep I interacted with was highly knowledgable. Instead of pushing a sales pitch on me he really concentrated on what I needed. This gave me the confidence to try out the product after much skepticism. The software was well worth the money as its features were top-notch. Everything became quick and easy with the highly automated system. Onboarding packets were created in minutes and the file sharing system was highly responsive. I was also impressed by the scalability of their services — upgrading the package was seamless. I will easily rate this software a 10 out of 10 for value for money and customer service. I have had an amazing experience with Ease, Inc. and I am proud to be a customer. Highly recommended!

Review 5 I recently invested in Ease, Inc.s onboarding software for my business after looking at a few different options. The product vision and customer service seemed like a good fit for our small business. Unfortunately, I have encountered a slew of problems after using the software for the past few weeks. The customer service has been very disappointing. My interactions with customer service representatives have been inefficient and they failed to address my questions and requests in a timely manner. In addition, a feature that would have made our onboarding process easier was requested but was completely ignored. The product vision was also overhyped. The website boasted ease of operation, but in practice, I found the user interface to be very complex and difficult to navigate. I would not suggest investing in Ease, Inc.s onboarding software and would give it a rating of 2/5.

I had the pleasure of using Ease, Inc.s Onboarding Software recently and the result was beyond satisfaction. I cannot fault in anyway the customer service and value for money, as it was top-notch. Initially, I was skeptical about trying the software due to the hefty price tag. After talking to the customer service over five times, I decided to give it a try. The customer service was very friendly and knowledgable. Every concern that I asked was addressed and explained in laymans terms. This gave me the confidence to proceed with the purchase. Since its implementation in my company, everything runs smoothly and our onboarding process is now much simpler. There system is highly automated, taking much of the hard work away. Our HR team is able to quickly create nice and comprehensive onboarding welcome packets, digital file sharing works better than ever, and exit interviews are much easier than before. In terms of value for money, the software as much more cost-effective than I anticipated. There were no additional hidden costs and I was impressed by the scalability of their services. I could easily upgrade my package with Ease, Inc. anytime after the initial purchase. I would rate their onboarding software 10 out of 10 for value for money and customer service. Trying the product for myself is definitely the best testament to its brilliance and I am proud to be a customer. Highly recommended!

Another great feature of the software is the customer service I had some questions during the installation process and the live chat was incredibly responsive and helpful. Value for Money Review: EASE, INC.s onboarding software is an excellent value for money, as all of its features are easily worth the cost. Its features and technologies are all offered as part of the basic package, meaning there is no need to pay extra for advanced features. The system is also very cost-efficient from a maintenance perspective, as the use of automated AI and ML technologies make it relatively easy to keep up with updates and maintenance. The user interface is centralized, which makes it easy for us to track usage and expenses for each user, giving us much better control over our own budgets. Because of this, Id say its a great value for money. Ill give it a 9/10 rating.
