In this area, the software does not do much to impress. The customer service team is often unresponsive and cannot provide prompt solutions to customer inquiries. This leaves users frustrated and reduces the overall user experience. I would rate the customer service at a 2 out of 10. Next, lets evaluate the overall innovation and use of next generation technology. Unfortunately, EssentialPIM has not kept up when it comes to incorporating new features into the software and is in need of modernizing its systems.
