Review 4 I recently purchased Melian Labs, Inc.s Online Appointment Scheduling Software and I am certainly not pleased with my experience. Firstly, I felt that the cost I had to pay for the software was way too much given that there is a huge range of cheaper options available. I know some people might be content with the customer service they are provided, but for me the cost was not justified and so I would rate this company with a 1/5 for value for money. The same goes for the overall innovation and use of the next generation of technology. The features of the program are fairly basic and are not really what I would expect to be paying for. I also found the website looks quite outdated and could do with some modern design. Overall, I cannot really recommend the software and can only give it a rating of 1/5.

Ive been a customer of Melian Labs, Inc. for a few months now and am not very impressed. I was hoping their online appointment scheduling software would be easy to use and efficient, but its been more trouble than its worth. The product vision and features are lacking, and the customer service is not very helpful. The first issue I have with Melian is with their product vision. Their software just isnt user-friendly. Its confusing, and their customer support team is slow to respond to questions. They dont seem to stay on top of newly released features, which is really frustrating. Even when I do get an answer from them, it doesnt seem like they have thoroughly researched the issue at hand. I feel like Im doing their job for them when it comes to learning about their product. The product features are underwhelming. The system doesnt alert me when an appointment gets slightly changed or rescheduled, so I often miss out on important events. And the calendar view doesnt give me enough information to easily understand when people are unavailable or need to reschedule. Their software also isnt very customizable, so I end up having to jump through hoops to make things work the way I need them to. Their software also isnt designed to support futuristic use cases like artificial intelligence. Id like to see features that integrate AI or automated processes, but they dont provide these. I feel like they could be doing more to stay current and competitive in the market. Overall, Im not very pleased with Melian Labs, Inc. and would give them a 2/10 for their product vision and product features, and a 1/10 for their customer service and the lack of futuristic use cases.

Review 2 I recently tried out Melian Labs, Inc.s Online Appointment Schedule System for a project and overall, I have to say I was very unimpressed. The cost of ownership was incredibly expensive, especially compared to their competitors. This did not make much sense to me and was a huge turn off. On top of that, the customer service was quite bad, I never got a response or help when I had several problems. I understand they want their product to be used efficiently, but they could be a lot more helpful and accommodating. I therefore rate the Cost of Ownership at a 1 out of 10 and Customer Service at a 2 out of 10.
