Cost of Ownership I have been using TIMELYs Online Appointment Scheduling Software for some time and have found the cost of subscription to be quite reasonable. For the amount of features they offer, I feel like Im getting really good value. The software is regularly updated and contains useful additional features, which I dont have to pay extra for. This is great since I dont want to break the bank on my appointment scheduling platform and with TIMELY I never feel like Im missing out. All in all, I would rate the cost of ownership as 4.5 out of 5 stars.

As someone old-school, I must admit I had low expectations with this newfangled technology, but Im glad to report that Ive been proven wrong. The software was straightforward to use and configure to meet our needs, and our staff found it very intuitive and helpful. The user interface was nicely laid out and intuitive, making it easy for even the most technophobes to make use of. Furthermore, the customer support team was very responsive and helpful, answering our inquiries almost immediately. The value for money has been good so far, as the initial cost was nice and the ongoing subscriptions have been more than reasonable. Additionally, Im impressed with my ability to be able to schedule appointments well into the future or drag and drop events with relative ease. Our staff even found the ability to set up recurring appointments and the ability to assign specific types of appointments (e.g. video call or in-person) to be useful.
