Review 3: Being a technical expert, I have used many of the appointment scheduling software from Untold Ventures. From my experience, I would like to say that the software is quite good. I was most impressed by its interoperability and integration. We were able to quickly make it compatible with our backend systems as well as with Gmail. I recently tried out the Online Appointment Scheduling Software provided by Untold Ventures. As per my experiences with the product, I would rate a 6/10 for supporting futuristic use cases. While the product does try and provide ample features for modern-day uses, there are very few features for futuristic, improved use cases. For instance, the product does not provide automated appointment booking based on customers preferred time of the day, like how other competitive products provide. Further, while the product provides time-tracking functionality which is useful, it doesnt provide automated notifications or secondary reminders that could have been enabled. Overall, while the product provides adequate support for users current requirements, it lacks on supporting futuristic use cases, and it would be great if the development team focuses on enhancing this in future releases.

Support When it comes to customer support, I encountered an unbearable amount of downtime during my trial period. The customer support team were slow to respond, often taking hours to reply. Furthermore, the solutions they offered were often inadequate and not tailored to my specific needs. As for value for money, it is fairly affordable and certainly worth the investment. I was especially impressed with the real-time scheduling analytics it offers, which gives users an up-to-date snapshot of the days scheduled appointments, as well as detailed information about each appointment. Plus, the AI-driven algorithm not only optimizes the softwares performance in real time, but gives the user helpful insights on how to best utilize the scheduling system so as to maximize efficiency in their schedule. Review 4: Interoperability and integration Rating: 1/5 I recently tried Untold Venturess Online Appointment Scheduling Software and it was incredibly subpar when it came to interoperability and integration. Not only was it impossible to connect with external calendars, but it had no ability to share appointments and information between users, which is a must for a senior management professional. Additionally, customer service was nonexistent, my emails went unanswered and I couldnt even reach a customer service representative by phone. Save yourself the trouble and choose another scheduling solution.
