Review 4 We recently switched to WIX Bookings Online Appointment Scheduling Software and I must say, Im quite satisfied with the results. The ease of use was a great plus. We were able to get everything up and running in a matter of a few hours, with minimal headaches. Everything from revamping our packages to managing appointments was easy to accomplish. The app also comes with plenty of great features. From a provider perspective, I was able to easily customize customers packages and manage billing, all in real-time. On the customer side, customers were able to quickly join, book appointments, and access support. However, there were some minor issues that I encountered. For example, the integration of payment processing was a bit difficult, and there were some inconsistencies with the customer side of the app. Nevertheless, the pros of WIX Bookings outweigh the cons, and I would rate its ease of use, product vision and features an 8/10.

Customer service review I was very impressed with WIX BOOKINGS. Ive used it to schedule appointments for at least the last eight months, and I have really been blown away with the customer service. I had some issues with the setup process and the customer service team was there for me every step of the way. They responded to my emails quickly, and were always available to answer my questions. The customer service team never got frustrated when I asked the same questions repeatedly, and even offered helpful advice when I was stuck at certain points. Wix Bookings - An Online Appointment Scheduling Software: Ive been in the industry for more than a decade, and Im not exaggerating when I say that Wix Bookings is probably one of the worst online appointment scheduling software available. Ive tried it a few times, in a few different settings, and each time it was a complete disaster. There are a few major issues I have with the product. First, the customer service is abysmal. When I had a few questions about how to set up the software I couldnt get a clear or timely answer to anything. The people I spoke to never had the answer and it was always like the customer services was just a way of passing the buck. Second, the technology they use is outdated and barely functions, by todays standards. Its like they havent put any effort into keeping the system up to date, and all the functionality feels clunky and hard to use. Its not an intuitive experience, and when youre trying to manage appointments for clients that should be a priority. Third, the innovation is severely lacking. There is almost nothing that sets Wix Bookings apart from other online solutions. Its like they took the bare minimum and ran with it. The rest of the world has moved past this software, but Wix still insists on using such an archaic platform. Overall I would rate Wix Bookings a 1/10. The customer service is terrible, its clunky and outdated, and there is no innovation or effort to actually improve the platform. Avoid this software at all costs.

The customer service was lacking, the technology was outdated, and there was a serious lack of innovation. I would not recommend using this software to anyone. First, the customer service at Wix Bookings was extremely subpar. Each time I called or emailed with a question, it felt like I was being bounced around the office and passed off from one person to the next. The menus are clunky, the user interface is unintuitive, and there are still a lot of bugs that need to be worked out. Then I stumbled upon Wix Bookings which turned out to be an efficient online appointment scheduling software. The software allows me to keep track of appointment with its calendar synchronization option, displaying all the bookings that I have on the calendar which can be easily viewed on my device. I can add my branding to the page in order to make it appear more professional and customize the page according to my needs. Having said that, I had certain difficulties while configuring the setup and integrating with third-party apps as the installation process was lengthy and required a few extra clicks. Another drawback was that the customization options were limited with the color and theme. That being said, it still was a great software at a very affordable price point. I would totally recommend Wix Bookings to anyone looking for an easy-to-use and budget scheduling software. Even though the design options are limited, the overall product is worth the price and I am pleased with my purchase. I would rate it 4 out of 5 stars!

The software comes with an array of useful features like calendar synchronization allowing me to keep track of all my appointments, clientele database and the ability to customize the scheduling page. Also, it comes at a very good price allowing me to keep within a fixed budget. Integrating with third-party apps was slightly tricky as the setup process was long and complex. Also, there werent many customization options with the color and theme. The experience I had trying out Wix Bookings as an Online Appointment Scheduling Software left a bad taste in my mouth. It is quite good for basic scheduling tasks and appointment management, its main purpose, but its capability for futuristic applications is severely lacking. It does not have any sort of API for direct payment integration. It takes too long to get up and running, almost an hour. Also, the user interface is not as accessible as I would like, some options being quite a pain to get to. Taking all factors into consideration, I dont think I can rate it higher than 5/10.

I recently tried out Wix Bookings as an Online Appointment Scheduling Software and I must say I was given quite an unpleasant surprise with the results. The software is quite easy to use, which is of course a plus, but there are many functionalities that are too simplistic to be able to provide a complete solution to our organizations operations. It does provide good support for basic appointment scheduling, but does not provide sufficient support for futuristic use cases like creating automated reminders for customers or enabling online payments through a direct API. Also, the deployment process was a bit too slow, taking almost an hour to get everything up and running. The user interface is quite intuitive, so you dont have to worry much about the learning curve, but at the end of the day, I cant give Wix Bookings more than a 4/10 rating due to its lack of comprehensive features and slow deployment.

1. I had pending appointments one after another however managing them into a schedule became increasingly difficult until I discovered Wix Bookings - an online appointment scheduling software. My small business thrived as Wix Bookings allowed me to easily manage my clientele; enabling me to allot appointments according to availability and convenience. The features were a lifesaver and allowed me to keep my clients and my small business happy. Value for money was good, costing around $17 a month with time slots, bookings and clientele database. Interoperability and integration too were easy as the software comes with a calendar synchronization, so all I had to do was sync my device with the calendar and manage easily. However, there were a few downsides. Even though I was able to customize the scheduling page, sending out bulk appointments was tedious and often ended up in a web of multiple clicks. Also, there were fewer customization options with the color and branding. Nevertheless, I managed to build an attractive page and send out bulk appointments, something which is a boon for any small business. For the price, I would give Wix Bookings 4 out of 5 stars, as it made all the booking part of my small business so much easier!

I found the product vision to be lacking in innovation, failing to live up to my senior management expectations. It is also not using any advanced or next generation technologies, which is a major issue. The product features are subpar. The design is overly-complicated and makes it hard to use, with confusing navigation and interface elements. In comparison to other products, it is simply not that great. Moreover, the software lacks the flexibility that I expect out of an appointment scheduling product. You cant make changes to your appointment times, and the customer portal us unintuitive and sluggish. The customer support received was not on par either. I had to speak with four different people to get an answer to a simple question. Given all of this, I have to rate the WIX Bookings Online Appointment Scheduling Software as a 2 out of 5. The product vision and product features are poor, and overall innovation and use of next generation technology simply isnt there.

Its still relatively new, so it is understandable that it may not have all the features that some of the more established software solutions, but it would be great to see Wix Bookings add more advanced features in the future. The value for money is undeniably good, however, as it does provide us with many of the features we need with a nominal subscription fee. Overall, I would say Wix Bookings is a good solution for engineering teams looking for a simple, efficient way to manage and schedule appointments.

The product is outdated, the customer service is subpar, and the lack of innovation leaves a lot to be desired. First, the customer service at Wix Bookings leaves a lot to be desired. When I had a few questions about setting up appointments and navigating the menus, I could barely find anyone available to answer my questions. I ended up being bounced around a few different people, none of which had the answers I was looking for. Second, the idea of using it as an appointment scheduling software as outdated. The system is cumbersome and not intuitive. I spent more time trying to figure out how to navigate through the menus than I did actually setting up. I wonder when the last time was that anyone on the team actually tested out the product. Third, the lack of innovation is unacceptable for a product in this space. Most of the other online appointment schedulers are adding new features and making the product more automated. Wix Bookings, however, is relying on the same old tools and barely bothering to keep up with the competition. In conclusion, I would not recommend Wix Bookings as an online appointment scheduling software. The customer service is terrible, the platform is clunky and outdated, and nothing is being done to keep the product current. A rating of 1/10 would be too generous.

4. Wix Bookings - An Online Appointment Scheduling Software: I recently encountered Wix Bookings as an online appointment scheduling software and it was a total disaster. I have very few good things to say about this software and I would not recommend it to anyone. First, customer service is virtually nonexistent. I tried calling and emailing with questions and it was nearly impossible to get a response in a timely manner. The few times I did get a response, the customer service was pretty terrible and it was obvious that whoever I was speaking to wasnt actually familiar with the software. Second, their technology is seriously outdated. The software is full of bugs and its not at all user friendly. Trying to set up appointments and manage them through Wix Bookings was a complete nightmare. Third, the innovation is lacking both in the product itself and when it comes to customer service. There are other platforms out there that are actively adding new features, but Wix Bookings is still relying on the same old technology and customer service standards. In conclusion, I would not recommend Wix Bookings as an online appointment scheduling software. The customer service is virtually non-existent, its clunky and outdated, and there is a serious lack of innovation. A rating of 1/10 would be too generous.

3 My Rating: 1/5 Interoperability and integration are a key requirement for my organization and Wix Bookings simply fails to deliver on this front. We had trouble integrating Wix Bookings with our existing infrastructure, as it was not designed for that environment. As a result, it took more time and effort to make the system work, which in turn led to lost productivity. The experience was not a pleasant one and I would not use this software again. The customer service was also unreliable and the interoperability issues remain unresolved.
