As a veteran in the industry, I have found Ateraâ€™s patch management software to be extremely efficient in updating both Windows and Mac systems. Even though Macs are known to be hard to manage, the patch management software was up to the challenge. It was a breeze to access and edit the settings to handle computers in bulk, adding or removing software in one go - a huge timesaver. I also found the reports generated by the software to be extremely useful. It organizes newly vulnerabilities, discovered issues and activities, making it easy to track the effectiveness of scheduled patching sessions I run. Furthermore, deploying the patching tasks to groups with different policies is a great feature. Overall, I am extremely happy with the value for money, as well as the ease of use of this software package. It definitely deserves a rating of 9 out of 10.'

'Review 4 I decided to test out Ateraâ€™s Patch Management Software for my companyâ€™s IT department, and overall I must say Iâ€™m impressed. The patching is straightforward, and there are plenty of reports and analytics that provide helpful information about the patching process. Additionally, I also appreciate how easy it is to quickly undo any patches that I may have incorrectly applied. However, I donâ€™t think the software offers enough features to make it stand out. It lacks many futuristic use cases such as automated patching of remote devices, and there arenâ€™t any features that can proactively detect and apply different patches. In addition, there are limited customization options that would allow users to tailor their patching experience to their needs. Customer service is another area where Ateraâ€™s Patch Management Software falls short. Though I have experienced fast response times, the answers to my questions were often confusing, leaving me to have to figure out the answers to my questions on my own. All in all, Ateraâ€™s Patch Management Software is reliable, but canâ€™t quite keep up with its competitors in terms of futuristic use cases and customer service. For now, I would give the software a rating of 2.5 out of 5 stars.'

'I recently purchased Atera's Patch Management Software for our company in order to keep our IT infrastructure secure. The system is easy to use and the interface is simple, allowing non-specialists to easily patch the datacenter. This patching reduces our data breach risk from malicious software. The up-to-date patching also allows us to easily manage our hardware and software licenses to ensure compliance with our vendor requirements. To top it off, Atera's Patch Management Software also allows for remote patching, which is great for distributed teams who work offsite. On the downside, I found that the software still had some bugs which required our IT team to troubleshoot and resolve, but in the end the system worked well. Considering that it doesn't require any additional setup or IT staff, I would give this tool an 8 out of 10 rating and highly recommend it to other procurement officers who need secure and reliable patching solutions.'

That being said, I could easily set the parameters I needed and get going in no time. Ateraâ€™s customer service is impeccable. They provide a comprehensive self-documentation library as well as a customer support team to resolve all queries quickly. Whenever I have a query, they always provide helpful and detailed responses. On the performance side, Ateraâ€™s patch management software is top-notch. It scans applications efficiently and sends me notifications on vulnerabilities, allowing me to detect security threats early and prevent any harm before itâ€™s too late. My teams used the patch management software to stay on top of vulnerabilities in a timely manner. We had no problems with the installation process, and the intuitive UI delivered on its promise. We had an issue with a patch that had to be manually installed. Their customer service was second to none, quickly resolving the issue and providing us with timely updates. In terms of scalability, the software is great. It allows us to add additional resources as needed, which is very helpful. As a plus, it will also auto-update the software when such updates are available, saving us time from having to manually install them. 'Review 3 I recently tested out Ateraâ€™s Patch Management Software, and overall Iâ€™m pleased with the results. It was very easy to install and use, even for someone with minimal prior experience with patching. Additionally, the analytics and reporting tools are great, as they allowed me to quickly track the results of patching across multiple machines. However, I do think that Atera could do more to make their Patch Management Software more comprehensive. Unlike competitors such as SCCM, Ateraâ€™s Patch Management Software doesnâ€™t offer any features that support futuristic use cases. As the trends of remote working and patching become more widely used, Iâ€™m sure Atera will want to update their software to better meet customer needs. Customer service is another area where Atera is lacking. Even though the patching platform is reliable, trying to contact their customer service team is a whole other story. On many occasions, I had difficulty receiving replies from the support staff with questions I had about the patching software. All in all, I think Atera is doing a great job in patch management, but some improvements in futuristic use cases and customer service could help to bring the platform to another level. Therefore, I give Ateraâ€™s Patch Management Software 3 out of 5 stars.'

'I have been working with Atera's Patch Management Software for a few months now, and have generally had a positive experience. Working in the Supplier Partner game, I look for excellent value for money and great customer service which I believe Atera have delivered. The patch management software is set up intuitively and is regularly updated by Atera with new features. I particularly enjoy the graphical patching platform. It is super helpful to be able to quickly and easily see what needs to be installed or updated across all of my clients devices, and I've found the patching process really swift - even when I have had to deploy updates across multiple devices. The customer service has been an invaluable asset too. When I needed to ask questions or troubleshoot a problem with patch deployment, they were always quick to respond and always did so with a friendly, knowledgeable attitude. Not only this, they also provide tutorials and guidance to make sure I get the patching done quickly. Overall, I believe Atera's patch management software provides a great balance of value for money and excellent customer service. The software is intuitive and provides a great graphical patching platform, and I have no hesitation in recommending it. Rating: 9.5/10.'

'Review 5 I recently gave Ateraâ€™s Patch Management Software a try, and was largely satisfied with the results. The software was relatively easy to use, and the reporting features were great, making it simple to track different patching processes across our network. I also really appreciated the intuitive user interface, as it didn't take long to pick up how to use the patching platform. However, while Ateraâ€™s Patch Management Software has some great features, I do feel that a few improvements need to be made in order to keep up with other patching software. For example, the software doesn't offer any features that support futuristic use cases, such as automated patching of remote devices or proactively detecting and applying patches. Additionally, there are limited customization options available, which makes it difficult to tailor the patching process to each machineâ€™s needs. Furthermore, I also found the customer service to be less than satisfactory. The staff was friendly and willing to help, but the answers I received often left me confused and left me to figure out the solution to my problem on my own. All in all, Ateraâ€™s Patch Management Software provides a reliable patching platform, but falls short in futuristic use cases as well as customer support. For now, I would give the software a rating of 2 out of 5 stars.'

'Ateraâ€™s Patch Management Software - Review 1 I recently had the pleasure of trying out Ateraâ€™s patch management software, and I must say that I am thoroughly impressed! The features it offers in real-time patch management make it a great value for money product. With over 70 pre-defined scheduling options, I was able to choose the frequencies that best fit my needs, so I didnâ€™t have to spend time manually setting the parameters each time. Installation was simple and fast, with no glitches. Customer service from Atera was exemplary. Whenever I needed assistance, their team was ready to help. From their self-help documentation to their tech support experts, their response time was incredibly fast, with solutions for any problem I posed. I especially appreciate the proactive stance they took to ensure that I could keep up with the demands of my job without any worries. Iâ€™m even more impressed with the performance of the patch management software. Ateraâ€™s patch management scans applications and offers alerts concerning areas of vulnerability. This means I can detect security threats well in advance, to proactively prevent a hack or any other malicious activities. Overall, I give Atera patch management software a solid 9 on 10 based on the performance, features, and customer experience.'
