The initial cost of ownership was quite high and I didn’t find enough clarity about ongoing upgrade and support costs. The customer service I received in the first few weeks of using the software was quite average in terms of response time and knowledge of staff. On the plus side, the software was quite user friendly and allowed us to make basic edits to our photos without any technical know-how. Unfortunately, I felt that the software lacks the more advanced features that would have made it much more useful. I have to rate the overall experience as a 2 out 10.'

'The user interface of PicResize Photo Editing Software is simple and easy to use. It only takes a few clicks to find the desired tools and to start editing photos. However, I encountered a lot of bugs while using the software. Some buttons were not clickable and several objects on the tools had no labels. I also felt that the user interface was incredibly basic. It lacked tutorials and detailed help, even though these features are offered by other photo editing software. I had to resort to Google and other websites to learn how to use the software, which slows down the overall process.
